D\u2019une part, il est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement travers\u00e9 par les habitants de la commune laissant ainsi avec le temps des chemins trac\u00e9s et d\u2019autre part, il est un passage progressif entre la ville et le parc. Ainsi, depuis ses pr\u00e9mices, le projet se veut \u00eatre le reflet de la parcelle, traversant et servant de transition entre l\u2019urbain et la nature.<\/span><\/p><p><span>La r\u00e9flexion autour de ces principes de conception est pass\u00e9 par le choix d\u2019une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, le \u00ab\u00a0Sport Pavilion and Classroom Complexe\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019Alberto Campo Baeza. Ce projet assure la cohabitation de deux programmes, l\u2019\u00e9cole et le pavillon sportif, dans un seul ensemble. La connexion se fait au niveau de la toiture d\u2019un b\u00e2timent bas qui sert de patio communicant. <\/span><\/p><p><span>L\u2019ensemble de ces r\u00e9flexions ont abouti \u00e0 un \u00e9quipement public entre ville et nature\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><p><span>En plan, Le projet prend la forme de 2 blocs distincts connect\u00e9s par un passage traversant le site. \u00a0L\u2019ensemble se veut \u00eatre herm\u00e9tique sur ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s cr\u00e9ant ainsi une enceinte perc\u00e9e qui plonge les usagers dans un ailleurs. Le passage sert d\u2019extension aux deux b\u00e2timents et accueille ainsi une partie de la caf\u00e9taria et de l\u2019espace public (exposition en pleine air, concert, etc.). Il devient donc un espace m\u00e9dian et anim\u00e9 aux multiples possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019usages. La transition douce entre ville et nature est permise par la longueur du projet ainsi que la transparence des b\u00e2timents. Enfin la piscine, espace majeur de l\u2019\u00e9quipement public, se trouve en fin de parcelle ouverte sur un espace vert renforc\u00e9 par un lagunage. <\/span><\/p><p><span>En \u00e9l\u00e9vation, Les fa\u00e7ades centrales s\u2019ouvrent g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement pour assurer la communication entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments (rue, passage, nature, etc.). Les fa\u00e7ades lat\u00e9rales, davantage graphiques, entretiennent une relation particuli\u00e8re avec le contexte de par leurs rares ouvertures. Le choix du pis\u00e9 comme mat\u00e9riau incarne parfaitement l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un b\u00e2timent massif sur ses cot\u00e9s tout en entretenant un dialogue subtil avec la nature retravaill\u00e9e d\u2019apparence sauvage \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de Piet Oudolf.<\/span><\/p><p><span>Le tout forme un lieu de divertissements et de rencontres isol\u00e9 de la ville par une enceinte multiples particularit\u00e9s. D\u2019une part, il est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement travers\u00e9 par les habitants de la commune laissant ainsi avec le temps des chemins trac\u00e9s et d\u2019autre part, il est un passage progressif entre la ville et le parc. Ainsi, depuis ses pr\u00e9mices, le projet se veut \u00eatre le reflet de la parcelle, traversant et servant de transition entre l\u2019urbain et la nature.<\/span><\/p><p><span>La r\u00e9flexion autour de ces principes de conception est pass\u00e9 par le choix d\u2019une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, le \u00ab\u00a0Sport Pavilion and Classroom Complexe\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019Alberto Campo Baeza. Ce projet assure la cohabitation de deux programmes, l\u2019\u00e9cole et le pavillon sportif, dans un seul ensemble. La connexion se fait au niveau de la toiture d\u2019un b\u00e2timent bas qui sert de patio communicant. <\/span><\/p><p><span>L\u2019ensemble de ces r\u00e9flexions ont abouti \u00e0 un \u00e9quipement public entre ville et nature\u00a0:<\/span><\/p><p><span>En plan, Le projet prend la forme de 2 blocs distincts connect\u00e9s par un passage traversant le site. \u00a0L\u2019ensemble se veut \u00eatre herm\u00e9tique sur ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s cr\u00e9ant ainsi une enceinte perc\u00e9e qui plonge les usagers dans un ailleurs. Le passage sert d\u2019extension aux deux b\u00e2timents et accueille ainsi une partie de la caf\u00e9taria et de l\u2019espace public (exposition en pleine air, concert, etc.). Il devient donc un espace m\u00e9dian et anim\u00e9 aux multiples possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019usages. La transition douce entre ville et nature est permise par la longueur du projet ainsi que la transparence des b\u00e2timents. Enfin la piscine, espace majeur de l\u2019\u00e9quipement public, se trouve en fin de parcelle ouverte sur un espace vert renforc\u00e9 par un lagunage. <\/span><\/p><p><span>En \u00e9l\u00e9vation, Les fa\u00e7ades centrales s\u2019ouvrent g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement pour assurer la communication entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments (rue, passage, nature, etc.). Les fa\u00e7ades lat\u00e9rales, davantage graphiques, entretiennent une relation particuli\u00e8re avec le contexte de par leurs rares ouvertures.
