Lors de la visite du site, une zone nous a particuli\u00e8rement intrigu\u00e9, une colline de terre enclav\u00e9 (appartenant \u00e0 INFRABEL) entre un actuel d\u00e9p\u00f4t de train de la SNCB et un ancien d\u00e9p\u00f4t de train de marchandise. Cette zone en forme de banane \u2013 \u00ab d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 \u00bb selon les termes de Gilles Cl\u00e9ment \u2013 pr\u00e9sente la plus grande <\/span><span lang=\\\"IT\\\">biodiversit<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00e9 du site avec par exemple une esp\u00e8ce de l\u00e9zard ne vivant que dans deux endroits en Belgique dont celui-ci.<\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"Corps\\\"><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00c0 la suite de plusieurs discussions nous avons appris que la terre constituant ce talus provenait de la friche ferroviaire de Josaphat (situ\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres), en effet pour vendre ce terrain \u00e0 des promoteurs immobiliers, il fallait d\u00e9polluer les sols. INFRABEL a donc d\u00e9plac\u00e9 une \u00e9<\/span><span lang=\\\"IT\\\">norme quantit<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00e9 de terre de surface (pour baisser les taux de pollution) vers le site de Schaerbeek Formation. Diverses discussions avec des membres des associations Josafair et Superlab nous ont appris \u00e9galement que les entreprises de terrassements ne d\u00e9polluaient pas vraiment les sols mais les m\u00e9langeaient avec des terres saines jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre les seuils autoris\u00e9s, ce qui a nourris nos intentions de projet.<\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"Corps\\\"><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">Contrairement aux diff\u00e9rents masterplans d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur le site, nous avons choisis de conserver cette colline en \u00e9laborant une infrastructure industrielle situ\u00e9e sous la friche, conservant et interagissant avec sa biodiversit\u00e9. Nous avons pens\u00e9 une succession logique d\u2019espace ext\u00e9rieur couvert, espace non-chauff\u00e9 et espace <\/span><span lang=\\\"DE\\\">chauff<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00e9, ce dernier poss\u00e8de une bande fonctionnelle remontant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la surface, sur laquelle un programme beaucoup plus l\u00e9ger se d\u00e9veloppe et cohabite avec la <\/span><span de l\u2019atelier d\u2019architecture Urban Assemblages dirig\u00e9 par Nadia Casabella et Benoit Burquel, nous nous sommes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 <\/span><span lang=\\\"IT\\\">la zone de <\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">Schaerbeek Formation qui s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre la plus grande zone constructible de Bruxelles. Lors de la visite du site, une zone nous a particuli\u00e8rement intrigu\u00e9, une colline de terre enclav\u00e9 (appartenant \u00e0 INFRABEL) entre un actuel d\u00e9p\u00f4t de train de la SNCB et un ancien d\u00e9p\u00f4t de train de marchandise. Cette zone en forme de banane \u2013 \u00ab d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 \u00bb selon les termes de Gilles Cl\u00e9ment \u2013 pr\u00e9sente la plus grande <\/span><span lang=\\\"IT\\\">biodiversit<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00e9 du site avec par exemple une esp\u00e8ce de l\u00e9zard ne vivant que dans deux endroits en Belgique dont celui-ci.<\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"Corps\\\"><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00c0 la suite de plusieurs discussions nous avons appris que la terre constituant ce talus provenait de la friche ferroviaire de Josaphat (situ\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres), en effet pour vendre ce terrain \u00e0 des promoteurs immobiliers, il fallait d\u00e9polluer les sols. INFRABEL a donc d\u00e9plac\u00e9 une \u00e9<\/span><span lang=\\\"IT\\\">norme quantit<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">\u00e9 de terre de surface (pour baisser les taux de pollution) vers le site de Schaerbeek Formation. Diverses discussions avec des membres des associations Josafair et Superlab nous ont appris \u00e9galement que les entreprises de terrassements ne d\u00e9polluaient pas vraiment les sols mais les m\u00e9langeaient avec des terres saines jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre les seuils autoris\u00e9s, ce qui a nourris nos intentions de projet.<\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"Corps\\\"><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">Contrairement aux diff\u00e9rents masterplans d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sur le site, nous avons choisis de conserver cette colline en \u00e9laborant une infrastructure industrielle situ\u00e9e sous la friche, conservant et interagissant avec sa biodiversit\u00e9.
