Le projet s\u2019implante dans un b\u00e2timent industriel dans un quartier r\u00e9sidentiel de Louvain. La parcelle est totalement close et le b\u00e2timent s\u2019implante en recul du front b\u00e2ti. Il couvre l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la parcelle \u00e0 l\u2019exception d\u2019un espace triangulaire entre le b\u00e2timent et le mur mitoyen. Le b\u00e2timent est abandonn\u00e9 et sans valeur patrimoniale. Il est constitu\u00e9 de deux structures construites sur des trames diff\u00e9rentes. L\u2019enveloppe, en acier et en briques, date des ann\u00e9es 50. L\u2019int\u00e9rieur est issu d\u2019un chantier de r\u00e9novation abandonn\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 2000. La structure se compose principalement d\u2019une dalle et de poteaux en b\u00e9ton au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e ainsi que d\u2019une rue int\u00e9rieure en parpaings de brique aux \u00e9tages.<\/p>

Le projet propose un dialogue entre les habitants en cr\u00e9ant un espace public et des logements collectifs. Tous les espaces s\u2019ouvrent et s\u2019articulent autour de la rue int\u00e9rieure. Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e accueille un coworking et une cuisine collective qui s\u2019articulent autour d\u2019espaces verts. Les \u00e9tages sont priv\u00e9s et compos\u00e9s de studios d\u2019\u00e9tudiants organis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de la structure existante. Les circulations se font horizontalement en fa\u00e7ade et verticalement aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent. La dalle de b\u00e9ton est perc\u00e9e au centre et l\u2019enveloppe est ouverte au sud afin d\u2019apporter de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. L\u2019espace r\u00e9siduel entre le b\u00e2timent et le mitoyen est investi afin d\u2019offrir des espaces de travail individuels plus intimes. L\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux de r\u00e9emploi est mise en valeur dans le projet soulevant ainsi des questions \u00e9conomiques, \u00e9cologiques et sociales.<\/p>\",\r\n \"align\": Le projet s\u2019implante dans un b\u00e2timent industriel dans un quartier r\u00e9sidentiel de Louvain. La parcelle est totalement close et le b\u00e2timent s\u2019implante en recul du front b\u00e2ti. Il couvre l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la parcelle \u00e0 l\u2019exception d\u2019un espace triangulaire entre le b\u00e2timent et le mur mitoyen. Le b\u00e2timent est abandonn\u00e9 et sans valeur patrimoniale. Il est constitu\u00e9 de deux structures construites sur des trames diff\u00e9rentes. L\u2019enveloppe, en acier et en briques, date des ann\u00e9es 50. L\u2019int\u00e9rieur est issu d\u2019un chantier de r\u00e9novation abandonn\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 2000. La structure se compose principalement d\u2019une dalle et de poteaux en b\u00e9ton au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e ainsi que d\u2019une rue int\u00e9rieure en parpaings de brique aux \u00e9tages.<\/p>

Le projet propose un dialogue entre les habitants en cr\u00e9ant un espace public et des logements collectifs. Tous les espaces s\u2019ouvrent et s\u2019articulent autour de la rue int\u00e9rieure. Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e accueille un coworking et une cuisine collective qui s\u2019articulent autour d\u2019espaces verts. Les \u00e9tages sont priv\u00e9s et compos\u00e9s de studios d\u2019\u00e9tudiants organis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de la structure existante. Les circulations se font horizontalement en fa\u00e7ade et verticalement aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent. La dalle de b\u00e9ton est perc\u00e9e au centre et l\u2019enveloppe est ouverte au sud afin d\u2019apporter de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. L\u2019espace r\u00e9siduel entre le b\u00e2timent et le mitoyen est investi afin d\u2019offrir des espaces de travail individuels plus intimes.
