Une voix de mobilit\u00e9 douce<\/span>
<\/strong>Un raccourci spontan\u00e9 traverse la friche de Ganshoren entre les 2 ronds-points. Un chemin tortueux qui coupe un ilot urbain de tr\u00e8s (trop) grande \u00e9chelle et qui constitue un obstacle \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine. Le projet propose de transformer ce chemin en un axe de mobilit\u00e9 douce.<\/span><\/p>

Des clairi\u00e8res de loisirs dans une topographie<\/span>
<\/strong>Le paysage de la friche est complexe, la densit\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale est variable, parfois infranchissable. Il r\u00e9v\u00e8le aussi des clairi\u00e8res qui deviennent des opportunit\u00e9s spatiales. Le programme est alors fragment\u00e9 et articul\u00e9 sur ces espaces qui deviennent des satellites de l\u2019axe de mobilit\u00e9. Chaque clairi\u00e8re est singuli\u00e8re et pr\u00e9sente des qualit\u00e9s topographiques diff\u00e9rentes que le projet tend \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler.<\/p>

Une mise en valeur du paysage<\/span>
<\/strong>Les fonctions programmatiques d\u2019accueil et de salle communautaire prennent place sur les hauteurs de la parcelle o\u00f9 on retrouve un terrain en pente, pas tr\u00e8s dense en v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. Dans le bas de la parcelle, on trouve, dans un creux de topographie avec une v\u00e9g\u00e9tation tr\u00e8s dense l\u2019espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 au bain avec la piscine au centre.\u00a0 <\/span>Autour, on retrouve d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 les vestiaires non-isol\u00e9s, et de l\u2019autre la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria.<\/p>

Un programme fragment\u00e9 en blocs <\/span>
<\/strong>Des sols, des blocs de fonctions, des toitures qui ont une identit\u00e9 formelle et mat\u00e9rielle propre, se positionnent dans la topographie pour fabriquer des espaces aux qualit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques. Les formes tr\u00e8s g\u00e9om\u00e9triques du projet contrastent avec l\u2019organicit\u00e9 de la friche v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Les toitures d\u00e9bordantes dont l\u2019\u00e9paisseur est volontairement surjou\u00e9e surplombent les diff\u00e9rents blocs de fonctions ma\u00e7onn\u00e9, qui sont eux-m\u00eames d\u00e9tach\u00e9s des murs de sout\u00e8nement, ce qui permet de cr\u00e9er d\u2019autres espaces entre int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur, tant\u00f4t couvert ou simplement d\u00e9fini par le sol en dalles de pierre bleu.<\/p>

Des espaces suppl\u00e9mentaires pour un projet innovant<\/span>
<\/strong>Les acc\u00e8s aux espaces se font \u00e0 partir de la voie de mobilit\u00e9 douce avec une promenade par des chemins secondaires qui arrivent jusqu\u2019aux clairi\u00e8res. Une voix de mobilit\u00e9 douce<\/span>
<\/strong>Un raccourci spontan\u00e9 traverse la friche de Ganshoren entre les 2 ronds-points. Un chemin tortueux qui coupe un ilot urbain de tr\u00e8s (trop) grande \u00e9chelle et qui constitue un obstacle \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9 urbaine. Le projet propose de transformer ce chemin en un axe de mobilit\u00e9 douce.<\/span><\/p>

Des clairi\u00e8res de loisirs dans une topographie<\/span>
<\/strong>Le paysage de la friche est complexe, la densit\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale est variable, parfois infranchissable. Il r\u00e9v\u00e8le aussi des clairi\u00e8res qui deviennent des opportunit\u00e9s spatiales. Le programme est alors fragment\u00e9 et articul\u00e9 sur ces espaces qui deviennent des satellites de l\u2019axe de mobilit\u00e9. Chaque clairi\u00e8re est singuli\u00e8re et pr\u00e9sente des qualit\u00e9s topographiques diff\u00e9rentes que le projet tend \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler.<\/p>

Une mise en valeur du paysage<\/span>
<\/strong>Les fonctions programmatiques d\u2019accueil et de salle communautaire prennent place sur les hauteurs de la parcelle o\u00f9 on retrouve un terrain en pente, pas tr\u00e8s dense en v\u00e9g\u00e9tation. Dans le bas de la parcelle, on trouve, dans un creux de topographie avec une v\u00e9g\u00e9tation tr\u00e8s dense l\u2019espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 au bain avec la piscine au centre.\u00a0 <\/span>Autour, on retrouve d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 les vestiaires non-isol\u00e9s, et de l\u2019autre la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria.<\/p>

Un programme fragment\u00e9 en blocs <\/span>
<\/strong>Des sols, des blocs de fonctions, des toitures qui ont une identit\u00e9 formelle et mat\u00e9rielle propre, se positionnent dans la topographie pour fabriquer des espaces aux qualit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques. Les formes tr\u00e8s g\u00e9om\u00e9triques du projet contrastent avec l\u2019organicit\u00e9 de la friche v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Les toitures d\u00e9bordantes dont l\u2019\u00e9paisseur est volontairement surjou\u00e9e surplombent les diff\u00e9rents blocs de fonctions ma\u00e7onn\u00e9, qui sont eux-m\u00eames d\u00e9tach\u00e9s des murs de sout\u00e8nement, ce qui permet de cr\u00e9er d\u2019autres espaces entre int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur, tant\u00f4t couvert ou simplement d\u00e9fini par le sol en dalles de pierre bleu.<\/p>

Des espaces suppl\u00e9mentaires pour un projet innovant<\/span>
<\/strong>Les acc\u00e8s aux espaces se font \u00e0 partir de la voie de mobilit\u00e9 douce avec une promenade par des chemins secondaires qui arrivent jusqu\u2019aux clairi\u00e8res.
