Les recherches sur le genre et la mobilit\u00e9 n\u00e9gligent la dimension sensible des mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9s du v\u00e9lo autour desquelles se construit le genre, tandis que les approches esth\u00e9tiques des infrastructures de mobilit\u00e9 ne s\u2019int\u00e9ressent que peu au genre. Investiguer comment le genre interagit avec l\u2019esth\u00e9tique dans la construction actuelle des pratiques, \u00e9quipements et infrastructure du v\u00e9lo conduit \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du potentiel des dynamiques de genre pour le d\u00e9veloppement de villes durables. Le projet de recherche \u00ab Genre et esth\u00e9tique du v\u00e9lo : le potentiel pour la ville durable des processus de construction de genre li\u00e9s aux pratiques, \u00e9quipements et infrastructures cyclistes \u00bb, port\u00e9 conjointement par Sasha (ULB) et le Cesir (USL-B), en collaboration avec STRIGES (ULB), se concentre sur les cultures cyclistes \u00e9mergentes \u00e0
