Le point de d\u00e9part de ce projet sur le site en friche de Ganshoren a \u00e9t\u00e9 une volont\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server un maximum cet espace vert dans le tissu urbain de la commune. Premi\u00e8re envie qui a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 celle d\u2019y implanter un \u00e9quipement publique... Le choix de \u00ab\u00a0La piscine radieuse\u00a0\u00bb comme nom pour la proposition n\u2019est pas anodin. Il fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation du m\u00eame nom r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Le Corbusier et qui, de par son implantation et cette forte volont\u00e9 de vouloir faire vivre ensemble ces habitants en leur proposant une toiture habit\u00e9e comme espace publique par excellence, a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9elle source d\u2019inspiration. <\/span><\/p>

Inscrit lin\u00e9airement dans l\u2019axe de l\u2019avenue de Villegas et s\u2019\u00e9tirant jusqu\u2019aux limites de la parcelle attribu\u00e9e, le projet pr\u00e9sente en plan une ligne forte. Radicale, au premier abord, j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 ensuite d\u2019y apporter la po\u00e9sie n\u00e9cessaire afin d\u2019en faire un r\u00e9el lieu de coh\u00e9sion sociale sur ce site verdoyant. <\/span><\/p>

Le projet, en plus de se situer dans l\u2019axe qui vient reconnecter la ville \u00e0 l\u2019espace publique du parc, d\u00e9limite aussi 2 univers\u00a0: \u00a0la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation du site laiss\u00e9e dans son \u00e9tat naturel d\u2019une part, le passage d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant, utilis\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment par les usagers du site et situ\u00e9 le long de l\u2019\u00e9cole voisine avec laquelle une porosit\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e, de l\u2019autre. <\/span><\/p>

La piscine, \u00e9l\u00e9ment fort du programme, se trouve en toiture. Cette derni\u00e8re est support\u00e9e par\u00a0 un ensemble d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels regroup\u00e9s et de formes variables selon les fonctions qu\u2019ils abritent. \u00c9galement centr\u00e9s, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments porteurs permettent de lib\u00e9rer l\u2019enveloppe du projet. Le point de d\u00e9part de ce projet sur le site en friche de Ganshoren a \u00e9t\u00e9 une volont\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server un maximum cet espace vert dans le tissu urbain de la commune. Premi\u00e8re envie qui a vite \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 celle d\u2019y implanter un \u00e9quipement publique... Le choix de \u00ab\u00a0La piscine radieuse\u00a0\u00bb comme nom pour la proposition n\u2019est pas anodin. Il fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019habitation du m\u00eame nom r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Le Corbusier et qui, de par son implantation et cette forte volont\u00e9 de vouloir faire vivre ensemble ces habitants en leur proposant une toiture habit\u00e9e comme espace publique par excellence, a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9elle source d\u2019inspiration. <\/span><\/p>

Inscrit lin\u00e9airement dans l\u2019axe de l\u2019avenue de Villegas et s\u2019\u00e9tirant jusqu\u2019aux limites de la parcelle attribu\u00e9e, le projet pr\u00e9sente en plan une ligne forte. Radicale, au premier abord, j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 ensuite d\u2019y apporter la po\u00e9sie n\u00e9cessaire afin d\u2019en faire un r\u00e9el lieu de coh\u00e9sion sociale sur ce site verdoyant. <\/span><\/p>

Le projet, en plus de se situer dans l\u2019axe qui vient reconnecter la ville \u00e0 l\u2019espace publique du parc, d\u00e9limite aussi 2 univers\u00a0: \u00a0la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation du site laiss\u00e9e dans son \u00e9tat naturel d\u2019une part, le passage d\u00e9j\u00e0 existant, utilis\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment par les usagers du site et situ\u00e9 le long de l\u2019\u00e9cole voisine avec laquelle une porosit\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e, de l\u2019autre. <\/span><\/p>

La piscine, \u00e9l\u00e9ment fort du programme, se trouve en toiture. Cette derni\u00e8re est support\u00e9e par\u00a0 un ensemble d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels regroup\u00e9s et de formes variables selon les fonctions qu\u2019ils abritent. \u00c9galement centr\u00e9s, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments porteurs permettent de lib\u00e9rer l\u2019enveloppe du projet.
