C\\u2019est l\\u2019\\u00e9difice et ses rapports intimes avec l\\u2019espace non-b\\u00e2ti qui qualifieront les ambitions des propositions : en se nourrissant mutuellement, le \\u00ab plein \\u00bb et le \\u00ab vide \\u00bb d\\u00e9finiront les hi\\u00e9rarchies, les \\u00e9chelles, les usages, les fonctionnalit\\u00e9s, les repr\\u00e9sentations symboliques, d\\u2019un petit morceau de ville.<\\\/p><ul><li>Contexte urbain : \\u00ab Quartier Wiels \\u00bb<\\\/li><\\\/ul><p>Dans le bas de la commune de Forest, une frange de ville, entre Avenue Van Volxem et voies de chemin de fer, a \\u00e9t\\u00e9 choisie comme terrain d\\u2019exp\\u00e9rimentation.<\\\/p><p>Ce quartier populaire, et anciennement industriel, est en pleine mutation depuis plusieurs ann\\u00e9es. La r\\u00e9affectation des anciennes brasseries Wielemans-Ceuppens a notamment permis la cr\\u00e9ation de nouveaux p\\u00f4les culturels bruxellois : Le WIELS, le BRASS, ...<\\\/p><p>Sur ce territoire en devenir, trois parcelles en attente ont \\u00e9t\\u00e9 identifi\\u00e9es comme espaces de projet : chacune d\\u2019elles propose une taille diff\\u00e9rente (entre 1.800 et 2.100 m2) ainsi qu\\u2019une configuration et une identit\\u00e9 tr\\u00e8s particuli\\u00e8re.<\\\/p><ul><li>Programme : \\u00ab Acad\\u00e9mie des Arts du cirque \\u00bb<\\\/li><\\\/ul><p>Le programme se fonde sur l\\u2019universalit\\u00e9 de l\\u2019art du cirque et s\\u2019inscrit dans l\\u2019actualit\\u00e9 de ses d\\u00e9veloppements contemporains.<\\\/p><p>Hors des familles traditionnelles, l\\u2019apprentissage de ses techniques est d\\u00e9sormais accessible \\u00e0 tous : en pratique de loisir pour l\\u2019\\u00e9panouissement personnel, en pratique intensive pour la construction d\\u2019un projet professionnel.<\\\/p><p>Le rayonnement de l\\u2019\\u00e9quipement propos\\u00e9 sera essentiellement local.<\\\/p><p>Son ambition assum\\u00e9e est d\\u2019enrichir le maillage existant d\\u2019offres culturelles du quartier, en proposant de nouvelles opportunit\\u00e9s de lien social.<\\\/p><p>Structure d\\u2019apprentissage et de spectacle, autant que lieu de convivialit\\u00e9, l\\u2019\\u00e9cole du cirque s\\u2019adresse en effet \\u00e0 tous, ... toutes tranches d\\u2019\\u00e2ge et origines culturelles confondues.<\\\/p><p>L\\u2019urbain et l\\u2019humain constituent le coeur des r\\u00e9flexions, le fil rouge des explorations \\u00e0 C\\u2019est l\\u2019\\u00e9difice et ses rapports intimes avec l\\u2019espace non-b\\u00e2ti qui qualifieront les ambitions des propositions : en se nourrissant mutuellement, le \\u00ab plein \\u00bb et le \\u00ab vide \\u00bb d\\u00e9finiront les hi\\u00e9rarchies, les \\u00e9chelles, les usages, les fonctionnalit\\u00e9s, les repr\\u00e9sentations symboliques, d\\u2019un petit morceau de ville.<\\\/p><ul><li>Contexte urbain : \\u00ab Quartier Wiels \\u00bb<\\\/li><\\\/ul><p>Dans le bas de la commune de Forest, une frange de ville, entre Avenue Van Volxem et voies de chemin de fer, a \\u00e9t\\u00e9 choisie comme terrain d\\u2019exp\\u00e9rimentation.<\\\/p><p>Ce quartier populaire, et anciennement industriel, est en pleine mutation depuis plusieurs ann\\u00e9es. La r\\u00e9affectation des anciennes brasseries Wielemans-Ceuppens a notamment permis la cr\\u00e9ation de nouveaux p\\u00f4les culturels bruxellois : Le WIELS, le BRASS, ...<\\\/p><p>Sur ce territoire en devenir, trois parcelles en attente ont \\u00e9t\\u00e9 identifi\\u00e9es comme espaces de projet : chacune d\\u2019elles propose une taille diff\\u00e9rente (entre 1.800 et 2.100 m2) ainsi qu\\u2019une configuration et une identit\\u00e9 tr\\u00e8s particuli\\u00e8re.<\\\/p><ul><li>Programme : \\u00ab Acad\\u00e9mie des Arts du cirque \\u00bb<\\\/li><\\\/ul><p>Le programme se fonde sur l\\u2019universalit\\u00e9 de l\\u2019art du cirque et s\\u2019inscrit dans l\\u2019actualit\\u00e9 de ses d\\u00e9veloppements contemporains.<\\\/p><p>Hors des familles traditionnelles, l\\u2019apprentissage de ses techniques est d\\u00e9sormais accessible \\u00e0 tous : en pratique de loisir pour l\\u2019\\u00e9panouissement personnel, en pratique intensive pour la construction d\\u2019un projet professionnel.<\\\/p><p>Le rayonnement de l\\u2019\\u00e9quipement propos\\u00e9 sera essentiellement local.<\\\/p><p>Son ambition assum\\u00e9e est d\\u2019enrichir le maillage existant d\\u2019offres culturelles du quartier, en proposant de nouvelles opportunit\\u00e9s de lien social.<\\\/p><p>Structure d\\u2019apprentissage et de spectacle, autant que lieu de
