C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019ai fait une toiture qui rappelle la vague de la mer. Cette toiture a des hauteurs diff\u00e9rentes en fonction des salles qu\u2019elle prot\u00e8ge.<\/p><p>Le b\u00e2timent est plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019intersection de la digue et de la jet\u00e9e, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a le plus de passage, et donc le plus de clients potentiels pour la petite restauration. Les surfeurs y ont \u00e9galement un acc\u00e8s direct vers le sable, la plage, la mer.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai donn\u00e9 une double hauteur sous plafond \u00e0 la salle polyvalente, ouverte \u00e0 tout le monde. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re chose que l\u2019on voit, attirant l\u2019\u0153il et le public. Sur cette double hauteur, une mezzanine offre un espace de d\u00e9tente.<\/p><p>L\u2019atelier a des grandes baies vitr\u00e9es r\u00e9tractables pour que les surfeurs puissent travailler leurs planches \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur tout comme \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur en restant prot\u00e9g\u00e9s des intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p><p>Les logements sont tous au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, maintenant les surfeurs en proximit\u00e9 directe de la mer.<\/p><p>Finalement, il y a un certain rythme dans les vitrages gr\u00e2ce aux ch\u00e2ssis. La partie basse \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s simple avec des simples baies, r\u00e9tractables pour la plupart. La partie haute, plus complexe, vient casser le mouvement fluide de la toiture avec des ch\u00e2ssis formant des angles de degr\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\",\r\n          \"align\": \"top\",\r\n principale du projet \u00e9tait de faire un club de surf avec petite restauration et logement pour 10 personnes, accessible \u00e0 tout public.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai voulu mettre un lien entre mon b\u00e2timent et le lieu exceptionnel dans lequel il se trouve. C\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019ai fait une toiture qui rappelle la vague de la mer. Cette toiture a des hauteurs diff\u00e9rentes en fonction des salles qu\u2019elle prot\u00e8ge.<\/p><p>Le b\u00e2timent est plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019intersection de la digue et de la jet\u00e9e, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a le plus de passage, et donc le plus de clients potentiels pour la petite restauration. Les surfeurs y ont \u00e9galement un acc\u00e8s direct vers le sable, la plage, la mer.<\/p><p>J\u2019ai donn\u00e9 une double hauteur sous plafond \u00e0 la salle polyvalente, ouverte \u00e0 tout le monde. C\u2019est la premi\u00e8re chose que l\u2019on voit, attirant l\u2019\u0153il et le public. Sur cette double hauteur, une mezzanine offre un espace de d\u00e9tente.<\/p><p>L\u2019atelier a des grandes baies vitr\u00e9es r\u00e9tractables pour que les surfeurs puissent travailler leurs planches \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur tout comme \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur en restant prot\u00e9g\u00e9s des intemp\u00e9ries.<\/p><p>Les logements sont tous au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, maintenant les surfeurs en proximit\u00e9 directe de la mer.<\/p><p>Finalement, il y a un certain rythme dans les vitrages gr\u00e2ce aux ch\u00e2ssis. La partie basse \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s simple avec des simples baies, r\u00e9tractables pour la plupart.
