un tel paysage?<\/p><p>Au milieu de toutes les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences (les cabines de plage, le mur de l'Atlantique, les chants de Brel, d'Arno ou la po\u00e9sie de Cal Norac, les \u00e9crits de Victor Hugo, la peinture d'Ensor, celle de Permeke, \u2026) le projet s'oriente en cr\u00e9ant une relation entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de son environnement et accueille surfers et promeneurs.<\/p><p>Sa disposition fait la connexion entre le pr\u00e9sent (la ville) et le pass\u00e9 (les bunkers et les dunes du Halvemaan), offrant une orientation par rapport aux diff\u00e9rents horizons, propice \u00e0 l'ensoleillement, permettant \u00e0 l'usager de se projeter das le futur, comme un dernier pas avant de prendre le large.<\/p><p>La forme des b\u00e2timents et leur disposition par rapport \u00e0 la promenade existante et la plage cr\u00e9e un espace o\u00f9 les relations visuelles entre usagers et passagers existent.<\/p><p>Laissant la vue sur l'\u00e9tendue au Nord et sur la Mer du Nord, le site est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 des vents dominants par la jet\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Sous un ciel m\u00e9tamorphique, on se d\u00e9connecte par l'ambiance si particuli\u00e8re, on laisse trainer son pinceau, on se laisse aller aux pens\u00e9es les plus douces, on tire ses virages sur les vagues, on vit ou on r\u00eave, on quitte la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 en restant sur terre, bienvenue \u00e0 forme des b\u00e2timents et leur disposition par rapport \u00e0 la promenade existante et la plage cr\u00e9e un espace o\u00f9 les relations visuelles entre usagers et passagers
