L\u2019analyse de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00eelot r\u00e9v\u00e8le une composition en trois zones. La premi\u00e8re est une zone de b\u00e2timents faisant face \u00e0 la ville, la seconde, est une zone verte compos\u00e9e d\u2019un marais. Et enfin, la parcelle se voit d\u00e9limit\u00e9e par un talus sur lequel on retrouve les rails du chemin de fer allant vers la gare du midi.<\/p><p>Suite \u00e0 cette analyse, le projet a pour intention de venir s\u2019implanter au milieu de la parcelle afin de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9l\u00e9ment dissoci\u00e9 de la ville et visible depuis les rails de train.<\/p><p>Le cube est compos\u00e9 de 3 volumes qui se superposent. Ces derniers sont dispos\u00e9s de telle mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des espaces ouverts et polyvalents. Ces volumes regroupent les espaces fonctionnels, tel que les salles d\u2019entra\u00eenement et les classes. Cette disposition permet de cr\u00e9er de belles doubles voire triples hauteurs dans l\u2019ensemble du b\u00e2timent. De plus, chaque volume est connect\u00e9 visuellement aux diff\u00e9rents espaces int\u00e9rieurs ou en fa\u00e7ade.<\/p><p>Le cube est recouvert de panneaux en polycarbonate, mat\u00e9riau qui permet non seulement de filtrer la lumi\u00e8re, mais aussi d\u2019offrir une vue indirecte sur l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent depuis la ville.<\/p><p>La pr\u00e9sence architecturale qui en r\u00e9sulte est celle d\u2019un cube qui vient s\u2019\u00e9lever afin de cr\u00e9er un symbole dans la ville. Celui-ci est implant\u00e9 au milieu d\u2019un \u00eelot ouvert donnant sur un marais et un parvis pouvant accueillir des futurs \u00e9v\u00e8nements, tels que des spectacles ou d\u2019autres d\u2019un grand \u00eelot ouvert, telle \u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re intention de ce projet.<\/p><p>Le Cubircus s\u2019inscrit sur une parcelle nich\u00e9e entre le Wiels et le BRASS dans le bas de la commune de Forest. L\u2019analyse de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00eelot r\u00e9v\u00e8le une composition en trois zones. La premi\u00e8re est une zone de b\u00e2timents faisant face \u00e0 la ville, la seconde, est une zone verte compos\u00e9e d\u2019un marais. Et enfin, la parcelle se voit d\u00e9limit\u00e9e par un talus sur lequel on retrouve les rails du chemin de fer allant vers la gare du midi.<\/p><p>Suite \u00e0 cette analyse, le projet a pour intention de venir s\u2019implanter au milieu de la parcelle afin de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9l\u00e9ment dissoci\u00e9 de la ville et visible depuis les rails de train.<\/p><p>Le cube est compos\u00e9 de 3 volumes qui se superposent. Ces derniers sont dispos\u00e9s de telle mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des espaces ouverts et polyvalents. Ces volumes regroupent les espaces fonctionnels, tel que les salles d\u2019entra\u00eenement et les classes. Cette disposition permet de cr\u00e9er de belles doubles voire triples hauteurs dans l\u2019ensemble du b\u00e2timent. De plus, chaque volume est connect\u00e9 visuellement aux diff\u00e9rents espaces int\u00e9rieurs ou en fa\u00e7ade.<\/p><p>Le cube est recouvert de panneaux en polycarbonate, mat\u00e9riau qui permet non seulement de filtrer la lumi\u00e8re, mais aussi d\u2019offrir une vue indirecte sur l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent depuis la ville.<\/p><p>La pr\u00e9sence architecturale qui en r\u00e9sulte est celle d\u2019un cube qui vient s\u2019\u00e9lever afin de cr\u00e9er un symbole dans la ville.
