La proximit\u00e9 avec les rails et la Gare du midi des trois terrains propos\u00e9s au choix pour cet exercice, donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de venir marquer l\u2019entr\u00e9e et la sortie de Bruxelles. Le terrain choisi s\u2019y pr\u00eate particuli\u00e8rement, car ils se place en d\u00e9but d\u2019ilot et permet alors au b\u00e2timent de s\u2019\u00e9riger comme t\u00eate de proue. Cette intention de b\u00e2timent signal a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une volum\u00e9trie sp\u00e9cifique avec la grande salle qui prend de la hauteur.<\/p>

Les deux salles d\u2019entrainement sont selon moi deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de spectacle, ce qui m\u2019a donne envie d\u2019en faire profiter le maximum d\u2019espaces int\u00e9rieurs\u00a0: l\u2019entr\u00e9e, l\u2019administration et la salle de classe ont vue sur les deux salles, la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria se place au plus haut et profite d\u2019une vue sur la grande salle a la m\u00eame hauteur que le trap\u00e9ziste.<\/p>

Une particularit\u00e9 de ce terrain est qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas de diff\u00e9rence de hauteur avec le trottoir, il est en quelque sorte une grande dilatation du trottoir. Ce m\u00eame principe est repris dans le projet pour l\u2019espace ext\u00e9rieur, avec un \u00e9largissement du trottoir offrant plus de confort et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 entre pi\u00e9ton et cycliste, et un banc qui vient se dilater pour offrir des espaces de rencontre au quartier. Le banc finit sur une plus grande dilatation afin de cr\u00e9er un parvis en liaison avec la grande salle, pour des entrainements ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>

Par la rencontre entre la forme de mon b\u00e2timent et le terrain, un espace r\u00e9siduel se forme qui est valoris\u00e9 en \u00e9tendant le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une terrasse en lien avec la petite salle. Cette excroissance est perc\u00e9e pour amener de la lumi\u00e8re et une circulation annexe.<\/p>

L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019usine est agrandi afin de cr\u00e9er une petite placette, qui gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la volum\u00e9trie garde une hauteur plus humaine.<\/p>

La volum\u00e9trie franche est conserv\u00e9e en traitant la circulation verticale et la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria comme des interventions ponctuelles, qui ont leurs propres formes et mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9s La proximit\u00e9 avec les rails et la Gare du midi des trois terrains propos\u00e9s au choix pour cet exercice, donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de venir marquer l\u2019entr\u00e9e et la sortie de Bruxelles. Le terrain choisi s\u2019y pr\u00eate particuli\u00e8rement, car ils se place en d\u00e9but d\u2019ilot et permet alors au b\u00e2timent de s\u2019\u00e9riger comme t\u00eate de proue. Cette intention de b\u00e2timent signal a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 une volum\u00e9trie sp\u00e9cifique avec la grande salle qui prend de la hauteur.<\/p>

Les deux salles d\u2019entrainement sont selon moi deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de spectacle, ce qui m\u2019a donne envie d\u2019en faire profiter le maximum d\u2019espaces int\u00e9rieurs\u00a0: l\u2019entr\u00e9e, l\u2019administration et la salle de classe ont vue sur les deux salles, la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria se place au plus haut et profite d\u2019une vue sur la grande salle a la m\u00eame hauteur que le trap\u00e9ziste.<\/p>

Une particularit\u00e9 de ce terrain est qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas de diff\u00e9rence de hauteur avec le trottoir, il est en quelque sorte une grande dilatation du trottoir. Ce m\u00eame principe est repris dans le projet pour l\u2019espace ext\u00e9rieur, avec un \u00e9largissement du trottoir offrant plus de confort et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 entre pi\u00e9ton et cycliste, et un banc qui vient se dilater pour offrir des espaces de rencontre au quartier. Le banc finit sur une plus grande dilatation afin de cr\u00e9er un parvis en liaison avec la grande salle, pour des entrainements ext\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>

Par la rencontre entre la forme de mon b\u00e2timent et le terrain, un espace r\u00e9siduel se forme qui est valoris\u00e9 en \u00e9tendant le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une terrasse en lien avec la petite salle. Cette excroissance est perc\u00e9e pour amener de la lumi\u00e8re et une circulation annexe.<\/p>

L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019usine est agrandi afin de cr\u00e9er une petite placette, qui gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la volum\u00e9trie garde une hauteur plus humaine.<\/p>
