D\u2019embl\u00e9e l\u2019enjeu a \u00e9t\u00e9 de se questionner sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 formelle que prendra cet \u00e9quipement, en \u00e9coute de ses usages quotidiens.<\/p><p>Tout d\u2019abord l\u2019existant\u00a0; un site long de 160m, bord\u00e9 d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 par un talus imposant supportant les voiries ferroviaires, et de l'autre d'un mur et une rang\u00e9e de peupliers. Ce site est l\u2019aboutissement d'une longue s\u00e9quence de friches et de b\u00e2timents industriels. Par sa forme triangulaire, il incarne un potentiel de finition de terrain, n\u00e9anmoins sa disposition actuelle ne remplit pas ce r\u00f4le. Ainsi le projet cherche \u00e0 ouvrir le terrain pour qu'il puisse devenir la proue de ce site.<\/p><p>Le b\u00e2timent est compos\u00e9 de trois volumes juxtapos\u00e9s formant une gradation en hauteur et en plan. Commen\u00e7ant avec l'imposante maison c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest du terrain pour finir sur un espace de jeux semi-public. Une fois \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ces trois volumes se dresse un long mur qui devient le support spatial et programmatique. Ce mur coupe les volumes en deux, cr\u00e9ant deux natures d\u2019espaces diff\u00e9rents, cat\u00e9goriquement s\u00e9par\u00e9s mais \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s par leurs espaces n\u00e9gatifs. Nous retrouvons d\u2019une part les espaces de repr\u00e9sentation en relation avec la rue et d\u2019autre part les coulisses, les espaces intimes des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, en interaction avec le talus.<\/p><p>Le projet part alors d\u2019un travail constant sur les petits moments de vie de cette discipline corporelle qu'est le cirque, qui rappellent des pratiques domestiques. Ces pratiques telles que le simple acte d'enlever ses chaussures quand les \u00e9l\u00e8ves rentrent dans les coulisses\u00a0; leur espace intime, leur maison.<\/p><p>Les fa\u00e7ades, elles, se comportent comme un masque, cachant toute organisation spatiale int\u00e9rieure. Elles donnent l\u2019image symbolique du cirque, alors qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, le b\u00e2timent montre sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9, son quotidien.<\/p>\",\r\n          \"align\": \"top\",\r\n programme une \u00e9cole de cirque, un petit \u00e9quipement de quartier \u00e0 Forest. D\u2019embl\u00e9e l\u2019enjeu a \u00e9t\u00e9 de se questionner sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 formelle que prendra cet \u00e9quipement, en \u00e9coute de ses usages quotidiens.<\/p><p>Tout d\u2019abord l\u2019existant\u00a0; un site long de 160m, bord\u00e9 d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 par un talus imposant supportant les voiries ferroviaires, et de l'autre d'un mur et une rang\u00e9e de peupliers. Ce site est l\u2019aboutissement d'une longue s\u00e9quence de friches et de b\u00e2timents industriels. Par sa forme triangulaire, il incarne un potentiel de finition de terrain, n\u00e9anmoins sa disposition actuelle ne remplit pas ce r\u00f4le. Ainsi le projet cherche \u00e0 ouvrir le terrain pour qu'il puisse devenir la proue de ce site.<\/p><p>Le b\u00e2timent est compos\u00e9 de trois volumes juxtapos\u00e9s formant une gradation en hauteur et en plan. Commen\u00e7ant avec l'imposante maison c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest du terrain pour finir sur un espace de jeux semi-public. Une fois \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ces trois volumes se dresse un long mur qui devient le support spatial et programmatique. Ce mur coupe les volumes en deux, cr\u00e9ant deux natures d\u2019espaces diff\u00e9rents, cat\u00e9goriquement s\u00e9par\u00e9s mais \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s par leurs espaces n\u00e9gatifs. Nous retrouvons d\u2019une part les espaces de repr\u00e9sentation en relation avec la rue et d\u2019autre part les coulisses, les espaces intimes des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, en interaction avec le talus.<\/p><p>Le projet part alors d\u2019un travail constant sur les petits moments de vie de cette discipline corporelle qu'est le cirque, qui rappellent des pratiques domestiques. Ces pratiques telles que le simple acte d'enlever ses chaussures quand les \u00e9l\u00e8ves rentrent dans les coulisses\u00a0; leur espace intime, leur maison.<\/p><p>Les fa\u00e7ades, elles, se comportent comme un masque, cachant toute organisation spatiale int\u00e9rieure.
