La forme et la situation particuli\u00e8re de la friche situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 nord des parcelles du Wiels permettent au projet de s\u2019exposer en vitrine aussi bien sur l\u2019avenue Van Volxem que sur les voies de chemin de fer de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. Cette position en proue permet d\u2019\u00eatre vu, par les trains quittant Bruxelles-Midi et par les passants de l\u2019avenue Van Volxem. Elle permet \u00e9galement, pour les usagers du b\u00e2timent, d\u2019aller chercher une perspective int\u00e9ressante, fuyante vers la gare. C\u2019est de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 que sont plac\u00e9 les parties dites de \u00ab\u00a0non-exercices\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019\u00e9cole de cirque, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019accueil, les vestiaires, les parties administratives et la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria.<\/p>

Le b\u00e2timent s\u2019organise en deux parties ; une enveloppe en t\u00f4le ondul\u00e9e transparente et un corps en CLT.<\/p>

L\u2019enveloppe \u00e9pouse la forme triangulaire du terrain. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 en s\u2019inspirant des syst\u00e8mes industriels des serres agricoles. Cette solution est \u00e9conomique, elle se compose d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de poteau-poutre en acier accueillant des panneaux en t\u00f4le ondul\u00e9e transparente. Ces panneaux peuvent \u00eatre en position ferm\u00e9e, et cr\u00e9er ainsi un effet de serre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019enveloppe, ou s\u2019ouvrir et cr\u00e9er une protection solaire naturelle favorisant la ventilation naturelle. L\u2019enveloppe permet donc la gestion du confort gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des techniques bioclimatiques.<\/p>

Le corps du b\u00e2timent est de forme rectangulaire. Ce rectangle est divis\u00e9 en trois parties; La partie \u00ab\u00a0non-exercices\u00a0\u00bb, la petite salle qui est plus basse et accueille une terrasse sur son toit, et la grande salle. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les apports en soleil sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 g\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure, de larges baies peuvent-\u00eatre perc\u00e9es dans le corps du b\u00e2timent offrant ainsi de lumineux espaces.<\/p>

Au premier abord l\u2019enveloppe cr\u00e9e un effet monumental et intriguant. Lorsqu\u2019on traverse cette enveloppe perm\u00e9able au niveau de la rue, on d\u00e9couvre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le corps qui se laissait deviner de la rue, \u00e9l\u00e9gant par sa forme \u00e9lanc\u00e9e. Des ext\u00e9rieurs naissent de la diff\u00e9rence de volume entre le corps et l\u2019enveloppe. Ces espaces sont habit\u00e9s par du mobilier, de la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation et par les activit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures de l\u2019\u00e9cole de cirque.<\/p>\",\r\n \"align\": \"top\",\r\n \"row\": La forme et la situation particuli\u00e8re de la friche situ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 nord des parcelles du Wiels permettent au projet de s\u2019exposer en vitrine aussi bien sur l\u2019avenue Van Volxem que sur les voies de chemin de fer de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. Cette position en proue permet d\u2019\u00eatre vu, par les trains quittant Bruxelles-Midi et par les passants de l\u2019avenue Van Volxem. Elle permet \u00e9galement, pour les usagers du b\u00e2timent, d\u2019aller chercher une perspective int\u00e9ressante, fuyante vers la gare. C\u2019est de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 que sont plac\u00e9 les parties dites de \u00ab\u00a0non-exercices\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019\u00e9cole de cirque, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019accueil, les vestiaires, les parties administratives et la caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria.<\/p>

Le b\u00e2timent s\u2019organise en deux parties ; une enveloppe en t\u00f4le ondul\u00e9e transparente et un corps en CLT.<\/p>

L\u2019enveloppe \u00e9pouse la forme triangulaire du terrain. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 en s\u2019inspirant des syst\u00e8mes industriels des serres agricoles. Cette solution est \u00e9conomique, elle se compose d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de poteau-poutre en acier accueillant des panneaux en t\u00f4le ondul\u00e9e transparente. Ces panneaux peuvent \u00eatre en position ferm\u00e9e, et cr\u00e9er ainsi un effet de serre \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019enveloppe, ou s\u2019ouvrir et cr\u00e9er une protection solaire naturelle favorisant la ventilation naturelle. L\u2019enveloppe permet donc la gestion du confort gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des techniques bioclimatiques.<\/p>

Le corps du b\u00e2timent est de forme rectangulaire. Ce rectangle est divis\u00e9 en trois parties; La partie \u00ab\u00a0non-exercices\u00a0\u00bb, la petite salle qui est plus basse et accueille une terrasse sur son toit, et la grande salle. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les apports en soleil sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 g\u00e9r\u00e9s par l\u2019enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure, de larges baies peuvent-\u00eatre perc\u00e9es dans le corps du b\u00e2timent offrant ainsi de lumineux espaces.<\/p>

Au premier abord l\u2019enveloppe cr\u00e9e un effet monumental et intriguant. Lorsqu\u2019on traverse cette enveloppe perm\u00e9able au niveau de la rue, on d\u00e9couvre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le corps qui se laissait deviner de la rue, \u00e9l\u00e9gant par sa forme \u00e9lanc\u00e9e. Des ext\u00e9rieurs naissent de la diff\u00e9rence de volume entre le corps et l\u2019enveloppe.
