En effet, pour mettre en place cette infrastructure routi\u00e8re d\u2019envergure, t\u00e9moin de la modernit\u00e9 d\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre, un bras entier de la Vesdre a \u00e9t\u00e9 combl\u00e9 pour mener \u00e0 bien le projet automobile. Cet ancien bras caract\u00e9risait auparavant le site, o\u00f9 l\u2019industrie textile de Verviers s\u2019\u00e9tait install\u00e9e le long de ce dernier. L\u2019eau de la rivi\u00e8re coulait dans cet ensemble industriel, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 <em>l\u2019\u00eele Adam. <\/em><\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">La vision urbanistique vise \u00e0 redonner place \u00e0 l\u2019eau en redessinant \u00e0 travers le quartier ce bras disparu. En temps de crue, l\u2019eau a ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de reprendre son cours naturel en minimisant les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts caus\u00e9s par les inondations. En temps normal, cette <em>rivi\u00e8re s\u00e8che <\/em>a un potentiel d\u2019urbanit\u00e9 en accueillant la <em>vesdrienne.<\/em><\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><em>A l\u2019\u00e9chelle du b\u00e2ti <\/em><\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Le projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9affecter une ancienne usine textile au bord de la <em>rivi\u00e8re s\u00e8che<\/em>, en acceptant l\u2019eau par un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e perm\u00e9able. Pour redonner vie \u00e0 ce patrimoine industriel, l\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019y ins\u00e9rer un \u00e9quipement sportif. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, des \u00e9quipements de moindres co\u00fbts y sont dispos\u00e9s pour minimiser les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts en cas de crue et les parties de sanitaires et de vestiaires sont sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es pour les prot\u00e9ger. inondations de juillet 2021, elles peuvent \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9es en partie par la pr\u00e9sence du viaduc construit dans les ann\u00e9es 70. En effet, pour mettre en place cette infrastructure routi\u00e8re d\u2019envergure, t\u00e9moin de la modernit\u00e9 d\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre, un bras entier de la Vesdre a \u00e9t\u00e9 combl\u00e9 pour mener \u00e0 bien le projet automobile. Cet ancien bras caract\u00e9risait auparavant le site, o\u00f9 l\u2019industrie textile de Verviers s\u2019\u00e9tait install\u00e9e le long de ce dernier. L\u2019eau de la rivi\u00e8re coulait dans cet ensemble industriel, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 <em>l\u2019\u00eele Adam. <\/em><\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">La vision urbanistique vise \u00e0 redonner place \u00e0 l\u2019eau en redessinant \u00e0 travers le quartier ce bras disparu. En temps de crue, l\u2019eau a ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 de reprendre son cours naturel en minimisant les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts caus\u00e9s par les inondations. En temps normal, cette <em>rivi\u00e8re s\u00e8che <\/em>a un potentiel d\u2019urbanit\u00e9 en accueillant la <em>vesdrienne.<\/em><\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><em>A l\u2019\u00e9chelle du b\u00e2ti <\/em><\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Le projet vise \u00e0 r\u00e9affecter une ancienne usine textile au bord de la <em>rivi\u00e8re s\u00e8che<\/em>, en acceptant l\u2019eau par un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e perm\u00e9able. Pour redonner vie \u00e0 ce patrimoine industriel, l\u2019id\u00e9e est d\u2019y ins\u00e9rer un \u00e9quipement sportif. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, des \u00e9quipements de moindres co\u00fbts y sont dispos\u00e9s pour minimiser les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts en cas de crue et les parties de sanitaires et de vestiaires sont sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es pour les prot\u00e9ger.
