Bas\u00e9e sur une analyse concise des \u00e9quipements aux alentours (\u00e9coles, cr\u00e8ches etc.), la proposition consiste \u00e0 renforcer la masse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie (v\u00e9g\u00e9tation choisie avec un regard particulier pour renforcer la biodiversit\u00e9) et ajouter des \u00e9quipements sportifs pour cr\u00e9er des zones engazonn\u00e9es et multifonctionnelles. La place d\u2019entr\u00e9e est con\u00e7ue d\u2019une mani\u00e8re simple et compr\u00e9hensible : une place ceintur\u00e9e d\u2019arbres qui peut servir comme sc\u00e8ne urbaine pour la vie de chaque jour ou des \u00e9v\u00e9nements.<br \/>La proposition d\u00e9gage une simplicit\u00e9 et une clart\u00e9 qui sont \u00e0 la mesure du quartier Stephenson.<\/p>\",\r\n          \"align\":
