Le projet se base sur le fait que la zone de parc est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 un risque d'inondation \u00e9lev\u00e9. La mise en valeur de l'eau (de pluie) et son traitement sont le fil conducteur de la proposition. L'eau est dirig\u00e9e vers diff\u00e9rentes zones : le marais, la roseli\u00e8re, la prairie (partiellement) humide. Dans la m\u00eame id\u00e9e, les eaux de pluie de la Place Stephenson sont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
Un seul chemin situ\u00e9 sur un nouveau talus, qui sert \u00e9galement comme \u00e9cran vers les voies ferr\u00e9es, traverse le parc en reliant ses deux entr\u00e9es.
Par le choix d'un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur et la \\\"d\u00e9clinaison\\\" de celui-ci, le projet arrive \u00e0 une solution durable et juste.<\/p>\",\r\n \"align\": \"top\",\r\n Le projet se base sur le fait que la zone de parc est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 un risque d'inondation \u00e9lev\u00e9. La mise en valeur de l'eau (de pluie) et son traitement sont le fil conducteur de la proposition. L'eau est dirig\u00e9e vers diff\u00e9rentes zones : le marais, la roseli\u00e8re, la prairie (partiellement) humide. Dans la m\u00eame id\u00e9e, les eaux de pluie de la Place Stephenson sont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es et int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
Un seul chemin situ\u00e9 sur un nouveau talus, qui sert \u00e9galement comme \u00e9cran vers les voies ferr\u00e9es, traverse le parc en reliant ses deux entr\u00e9es.
