R\u00e9v\u00e9ler un relief, sous la surface, le b\u00e2timent renforce la morphologie de la vall\u00e9e. Ainsi la conservation d\u2019un parking au profit d\u2019un site reconnect\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ambiance d\u2019une vall\u00e9e. Donner un temps d\u2019arr\u00eat, de contemplation, s\u2019ancrer l\u2019espace d\u2019une pause \u00e0 la vall\u00e9e\u00a0; des vues diverses en direction d\u2019une ambiance humide, rafra\u00eechissante. Prendre de la hauteur, arpenter le plateau surplombant la vall\u00e9e, dans un espace \u00e0 s\u2019approprier. D\u00e9ployer des terrasses-jardins pour un potentiel d\u2019associations et d\u2019activit\u00e9s et envisager une passerelle comme rattachement au futur projet immobilier Emerald.<\/p>\",\r\n
