La premi\u00e8re partie du projet est une exploration de mes propres images mentales et fantaisies spatiales \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie d\u2019aquarelles, sans contexte physique. Dans le but de les questionner et d\u2019en extraire un sens, l\u2019essence architecturale des dessins est extraite dans la forme de vues abstraites en plan et en axonom\u00e9trie. Ce mat\u00e9riel fragment\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un alphabet architectural qui parle du seuil et des transitions spatiales.<\/p><p>Afin d\u2019avancer dans la r\u00e9flexion, ce cadre de travail est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un site abandonn\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles. La halle d\u00e9saffect\u00e9e se trouve le long de la voie ferr\u00e9e qui connecte la Gare de Schaerbeek \u00e0 la Gare du Nord, dans un lieu de transition entre les zones r\u00e9sidentielles et industrielles du quartier Nord de Bruxelles. Le site se caract\u00e9rise par la vue panoramique sur la vall\u00e9e de la Seine et le paysage industriel de la ville, ainsi que par le manque d\u2019espaces verts.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir explor\u00e9 l\u2019acte de cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 travers de multiples fragments, j\u2019ai explor\u00e9 le geste unificateur qui apporterait de la coh\u00e9rence aux fragments initiaux. Le patio circulaire se superpose aux b\u00e2timents existants et cr\u00e9e des espaces de transition ainsi que des seuils ambigus qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9s initialement dans les aquarelles et dans les axonom\u00e9tries. Ce geste unifie les diff\u00e9rents fragments et potentialise leur existence. L\u2019architecture qui en r\u00e9sulte est habit\u00e9e par un centre communautaire avec une librairie, des espaces polyvalents, et un patio central.<\/p><p class=\\\"Corps\\\"><span une exploration critique de l\u2019acte de cr\u00e9ation en architecture \u00e0 travers le prisme de l\u2019image mentale comme outil conceptuel d\u2019exploration. La premi\u00e8re partie du projet est une exploration de mes propres images mentales et fantaisies spatiales \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie d\u2019aquarelles, sans contexte physique. Dans le but de les questionner et d\u2019en extraire un sens, l\u2019essence architecturale des dessins est extraite dans la forme de vues abstraites en plan et en axonom\u00e9trie. Ce mat\u00e9riel fragment\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un alphabet architectural qui parle du seuil et des transitions spatiales.<\/p><p>Afin d\u2019avancer dans la r\u00e9flexion, ce cadre de travail est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un site abandonn\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles. La halle d\u00e9saffect\u00e9e se trouve le long de la voie ferr\u00e9e qui connecte la Gare de Schaerbeek \u00e0 la Gare du Nord, dans un lieu de transition entre les zones r\u00e9sidentielles et industrielles du quartier Nord de Bruxelles. Le site se caract\u00e9rise par la vue panoramique sur la vall\u00e9e de la Seine et le paysage industriel de la ville, ainsi que par le manque d\u2019espaces verts.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir explor\u00e9 l\u2019acte de cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 travers de multiples fragments, j\u2019ai explor\u00e9 le geste unificateur qui apporterait de la coh\u00e9rence aux fragments initiaux. Le patio circulaire se superpose aux b\u00e2timents existants et cr\u00e9e des espaces de transition ainsi que des seuils ambigus qui avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 explor\u00e9s initialement dans les aquarelles et dans les axonom\u00e9tries. Ce geste unifie les diff\u00e9rents fragments et potentialise leur existence.
