Le tissu urbain est \u00e0 la fois compos\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9difices qui singularisent le paysage, mais aussi d\u2019espaces incomplets, tout \u00e7a dans un quartier o\u00f9 la place de la voiture est pr\u00e9dominante. L\u2019analyse de la trame a permis de d\u00e9gager deux nouvelles dimensions\u00a0: Joindre et Combler. Cela permettrait de proposer une nouvelle dynamique de quartier, encourager \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et initier un processus de reconnexion avec le centre-ville.<\/p><p>Le 1<sup>er<\/sup> emplacement repr\u00e9sente la dimension\u00a0: Joindre. Il est \u00e0 la fois l\u2019arr\u00eat net de la rue, la non-finition de l\u2019\u00eelot et un terrain travers\u00e9 par des chemins informels. L\u2019implantation d\u2019un p\u00f4le multifonctionnel est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une articulation des diff\u00e9rentes mobilit\u00e9s, d\u2019un rayonnement avec ses abords, le b\u00e2timent est au service du contexte. Et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un parc, requalifi\u00e9 et travers\u00e9 par un r\u00e9seau de chemins. Dans le p\u00f4le, chaque fonction s\u2019adresse diff\u00e9remment \u00e0 son contexte, le centre civique s\u2019adresse globalement \u00e0 la rue de la Gare par une entr\u00e9e modeste \u00e0 l\u2019image du quartier. A l\u2019inverse, la gare s\u2019adresse par une colonnade en regard \u00e0 la station de trains, offrant un espace o\u00f9 les usages s\u2019inventent. La maison de jeunes quant \u00e0 elle, offre une r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9 entre les fonctions et le contexte du parc et permet d\u2019offrir la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur celui-ci. A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, comme la fa\u00e7ade se modifie au gr\u00e8s du contexte, une organisation spatiale en d\u00e9coule. C\u2019est une proposition simple\u00a0et neutre pour une libre occupation offrant un sentiment de communaut\u00e9 tout en gardant de l\u2019intimit\u00e9.<\/p><p>La 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00a0dimension\u00a0: Combler permet de palier au trou dans le tissu urbain, l\u2019ancien garage. Elle se manifeste \u00e0 travers l\u2019atelier de menuiserie o\u00f9 l\u2019enjeu est de faire cohabiter le programme avec son environnement. En effet, il est \u00e9cologiquement plus justifi\u00e9 de d\u00e9molir un \u00e9difice pour en reconstruire un. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle ce lieu est r\u00e9habilit\u00e9. La libert\u00e9 dans la composition permet de garder l\u2019identit\u00e9 du statut 1<sup>er<\/sup> \u00e0 travers les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de textures, les poutres, les ch\u00e2ssis et de la chemin\u00e9e. L\u2019accent est mis sur la composition interne qui d\u00e9roule du trajet du bois. L\u2019ordre des machines doit \u00eatre correctement respect\u00e9 avec une alternance de travail manuel afin de s\u2019adapter au flux de fa\u00e7onnage du bois.<\/p>\",\r\n          \"align\": \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9e d\u2019enclave. Le tissu urbain est \u00e0 la fois compos\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9difices qui singularisent le paysage, mais aussi d\u2019espaces incomplets, tout \u00e7a dans un quartier o\u00f9 la place de la voiture est pr\u00e9dominante. L\u2019analyse de la trame a permis de d\u00e9gager deux nouvelles dimensions\u00a0: Joindre et Combler. Cela permettrait de proposer une nouvelle dynamique de quartier, encourager \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et initier un processus de reconnexion avec le centre-ville.<\/p><p>Le 1<sup>er<\/sup> emplacement repr\u00e9sente la dimension\u00a0: Joindre. Il est \u00e0 la fois l\u2019arr\u00eat net de la rue, la non-finition de l\u2019\u00eelot et un terrain travers\u00e9 par des chemins informels. L\u2019implantation d\u2019un p\u00f4le multifonctionnel est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une articulation des diff\u00e9rentes mobilit\u00e9s, d\u2019un rayonnement avec ses abords, le b\u00e2timent est au service du contexte. Et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un parc, requalifi\u00e9 et travers\u00e9 par un r\u00e9seau de chemins. Dans le p\u00f4le, chaque fonction s\u2019adresse diff\u00e9remment \u00e0 son contexte, le centre civique s\u2019adresse globalement \u00e0 la rue de la Gare par une entr\u00e9e modeste \u00e0 l\u2019image du quartier. A l\u2019inverse, la gare s\u2019adresse par une colonnade en regard \u00e0 la station de trains, offrant un espace o\u00f9 les usages s\u2019inventent. La maison de jeunes quant \u00e0 elle, offre une r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9 entre les fonctions et le contexte du parc et permet d\u2019offrir la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur celui-ci. A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, comme la fa\u00e7ade se modifie au gr\u00e8s du contexte, une organisation spatiale en d\u00e9coule. C\u2019est une proposition simple\u00a0et neutre pour une libre occupation offrant un sentiment de communaut\u00e9 tout en gardant de l\u2019intimit\u00e9.<\/p><p>La 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> \u00a0dimension\u00a0: Combler permet de palier au trou dans le tissu urbain, l\u2019ancien garage. Elle se manifeste \u00e0 travers l\u2019atelier de menuiserie o\u00f9 l\u2019enjeu est de faire cohabiter le programme avec son environnement. En effet, il est \u00e9cologiquement plus justifi\u00e9 de d\u00e9molir un \u00e9difice pour en reconstruire un. C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle ce lieu est r\u00e9habilit\u00e9. La libert\u00e9 dans la composition permet de garder l\u2019identit\u00e9 du statut 1<sup>er<\/sup> \u00e0 travers les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de textures, les poutres, les ch\u00e2ssis et de la chemin\u00e9e. L\u2019accent est mis sur la composition interne qui d\u00e9roule du trajet du bois.
