Ce projet convoque ainsi l'imaginaire de ces m\u00e9gastructures intrusives, presque m\u00e9tabolistes dans leur nature, pour proposer une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de voir et d'exp\u00e9rimenter la ville. Inspir\u00e9 par cette vision alternative, la Ligne Rouge propose une promenade continue pour pi\u00e9tons et cyclistes traversant la ville de Daegu en Cor\u00e9e, reconnectant deux couloirs verts existants et catalysant diverses interventions paysag\u00e8res et architecturales le long de son parcours. Partant du constat que Daegu est en pleine restructuration apr\u00e8s un long d\u00e9clin \u00e9conomique et d\u00e9mographique, le projet propose une revalorisation du territoire bas\u00e9 non pas sur la <em>tabula rasa<\/em> mais sur la valorisation de l'existant et d'un <em>urbanisme du paysage<\/em>. Sugg\u00e9rant avant tout un cheminement \u00e0 travers la ville, en se mat\u00e9rialisant \u00e0 certains endroits cl\u00e9s en passerelle sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e, la Ligne Rouge permet de franchir les discontinuit\u00e9s du territoire mais surtout, s'impose comme une infrastructure capable de reconnecter diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements publics entre-eux et de stimuler l'espace public au moyen de rampes, d'escaliers, de belv\u00e9d\u00e8res ou de micro-programmes ins\u00e9r\u00e9s sous la passerelle. Ce faisant, en s'\u00e9levant \u00e0 plus de 4m de haut, elle assume aussi un r\u00f4le paysager, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant les complexit\u00e9s et contrastes du paysage urbain: juxtaposition des industries et quartiers r\u00e9sidentiels, coexistence de la ville et de collines naturelles... Et \u00e0 la jonction des deux couloirs verts qu'elle relie, au niveau d'une vaste zone en semi-friche, la Ligne Rouge r\u00e9sout la rupture dans son parcours en organisant, de part et d'autre d'une topographie historique rev\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9e, la cr\u00e9ation d'un nouvel espace vert public autour d'un \\\"bike-hub\\\", et d'un nouveau paysage productif autour d'un \\\"agri-parc\\\", am\u00e9nag\u00e9 selon des principes d'agroforesterie. En traversant et connectant ces nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments du territoire entre-eux, la Ligne Rouge plonge les usagers dans un paysage agricole et \u00e9cologique offrant une vision alternative pour une ville post-industrielle et post-p\u00e9trole, avant de poursuivre sa course jusque dans le centre de Daegu, reconnectant pr\u00e8s de 10km du territoire pour pi\u00e9tons et consid\u00e9rons la ville contemporaine comme un paysage structur\u00e9 par d'intenses r\u00e9seaux de transport. Ce projet convoque ainsi l'imaginaire de ces m\u00e9gastructures intrusives, presque m\u00e9tabolistes dans leur nature, pour proposer une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de voir et d'exp\u00e9rimenter la ville. Inspir\u00e9 par cette vision alternative, la Ligne Rouge propose une promenade continue pour pi\u00e9tons et cyclistes traversant la ville de Daegu en Cor\u00e9e, reconnectant deux couloirs verts existants et catalysant diverses interventions paysag\u00e8res et architecturales le long de son parcours. Partant du constat que Daegu est en pleine restructuration apr\u00e8s un long d\u00e9clin \u00e9conomique et d\u00e9mographique, le projet propose une revalorisation du territoire bas\u00e9 non pas sur la <em>tabula rasa<\/em> mais sur la valorisation de l'existant et d'un <em>urbanisme du paysage<\/em>. Sugg\u00e9rant avant tout un cheminement \u00e0 travers la ville, en se mat\u00e9rialisant \u00e0 certains endroits cl\u00e9s en passerelle sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e, la Ligne Rouge permet de franchir les discontinuit\u00e9s du territoire mais surtout, s'impose comme une infrastructure capable de reconnecter diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements publics entre-eux et de stimuler l'espace public au moyen de rampes, d'escaliers, de belv\u00e9d\u00e8res ou de micro-programmes ins\u00e9r\u00e9s sous la passerelle.
