Le PAD imagin\u00e9 par Citytools est reconsid\u00e9r\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les espaces g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eelot. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un noyau central d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la micro-industrie permet de fragmenter l\u2019\u00eelot en plusieurs espaces de nature diff\u00e9rente. La perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eelot se d\u00e9finit notamment par l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un nouvel espace vert li\u00e9 au parc de la Sennette. La rue Heyvaert \u00e9tant d\u00e9finie par des plus grands flux li\u00e9s aux abattoirs, l\u2019alignement renforce la travers\u00e9e depuis le Canal et r\u00e9organise la circulation d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux mobilit\u00e9s douces et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux v\u00e9hicules n\u00e9cessaires. Par ailleurs, l\u2019implantation du projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9tendre la rue Odon jusqu\u2019aux jardins partag\u00e9s de la plaine X70 et permet ainsi de renforcer la dimension collective des espaces qu\u2019elle dessert actuellement.<\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Ainsi, le projet tente de r\u00e9pondre aux diff\u00e9rents enjeux suscit\u00e9s par cette nouvelle mixit\u00e9 en int\u00e9rieur d\u2019\u00eelot. Comment superposer les logements \u00e0 la micro-industrie? Comment r\u00e9soudre les contraintes d\u2019intimit\u00e9 du logement sur dalle? Le logement est distribu\u00e9 par une toiture qui prend du relief afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fois des espaces priv\u00e9s et des dispositifs de lumi\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019activit\u00e9. Par ailleurs, les logements desservis par la rue de Liverpool s\u2019implante dans les trav\u00e9es de l\u2019entrep\u00f4t existant afin de cr\u00e9er des logements \u00e0 patio. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette typologie de logement, le projet tente de cr\u00e9er une synergie entre l\u2019activit\u00e9 productive et l\u2019activit\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle par l\u2019apport d\u2019une tente de d\u00e9finir les potentialit\u00e9s d\u2019une insertion de logement en int\u00e9rieur d\u2019\u00eelot. Le PAD imagin\u00e9 par Citytools est reconsid\u00e9r\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les espaces g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eelot. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un noyau central d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la micro-industrie permet de fragmenter l\u2019\u00eelot en plusieurs espaces de nature diff\u00e9rente. La perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00eelot se d\u00e9finit notamment par l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 un nouvel espace vert li\u00e9 au parc de la Sennette. La rue Heyvaert \u00e9tant d\u00e9finie par des plus grands flux li\u00e9s aux abattoirs, l\u2019alignement renforce la travers\u00e9e depuis le Canal et r\u00e9organise la circulation d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux mobilit\u00e9s douces et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux v\u00e9hicules n\u00e9cessaires. Par ailleurs, l\u2019implantation du projet vise \u00e0 \u00e9tendre la rue Odon jusqu\u2019aux jardins partag\u00e9s de la plaine X70 et permet ainsi de renforcer la dimension collective des espaces qu\u2019elle dessert actuellement.<\/p><p style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Ainsi, le projet tente de r\u00e9pondre aux diff\u00e9rents enjeux suscit\u00e9s par cette nouvelle mixit\u00e9 en int\u00e9rieur d\u2019\u00eelot. Comment superposer les logements \u00e0 la micro-industrie? Comment r\u00e9soudre les contraintes d\u2019intimit\u00e9 du logement sur dalle? Le logement est distribu\u00e9 par une toiture qui prend du relief afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fois des espaces priv\u00e9s et des dispositifs de lumi\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019activit\u00e9. Par ailleurs, les logements desservis par la rue de Liverpool s\u2019implante dans les trav\u00e9es de l\u2019entrep\u00f4t existant afin de cr\u00e9er des logements \u00e0 patio.
