Le programme Eink\u00fcchengarten a pour ambition d\u2019inscrire le village de Couillet dans le progr\u00e8s du d\u00e9veloppement durable et l\u2019\u00e9cologie par un projet d\u2019agriculture urbaine comprenant un restaurant p\u00e9dagogique, une \u00e9picerie, un local du troisi\u00e8me \u00e2ge ainsi qu\u2019un verger, des potagers et l\u2019ensemble des infrastructures n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production et l\u2019entretien du site. Il s\u2019implante sur une friche naturelle enclav\u00e9e par des voies de chemin de fer s\u2019inscrivant de part et d\u2019autre d\u2019un axe de logement. Le site se caract\u00e9rise par \u00a0la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un patrimoine industriel, les ch\u00e2ssis \u00e0 molette, t\u00e9moignant du prolifique pass\u00e9 industriel de Charleroi.<\/span><\/p>

Transition(s) est un projet t\u00e9moin qui se d\u00e9roule en 4 phases transposables dans d\u2019autres contextes. Ces derni\u00e8res sont : <\/span><\/p>

  1. Pister\u00a0: arpenter le site, relever ses qualit\u00e9s et faiblesses, trouver des \u00e9l\u00e9ments porteurs de projet.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Tisser\u00a0: conceptualiser le projet puis le coudre sur le site.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Semer\u00a0: nettoyer les sols, s\u00e9lectionner des traitements de sol pour former un tapis v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, planter et cultiver des v\u00e9g\u00e9tations.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Habiter\u00a0: faire vivre le lieu, renforcer de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et cr\u00e9er de l\u2019harmonie.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00c0 terme, nous obtenons une fragmentation du programme en quatre \u00e9difices qui s\u2019implantent le long d\u2019un axe \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 douce perpendiculaire \u00e0 l\u2019axe de logement. Ce dernier, dont la pr\u00e9sence est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un pavage de briques, est marqu\u00e9 par une succession de s\u00e9quences paysag\u00e8res d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes sur le site dans lesquelles les b\u00e2timents s\u2019ins\u00e8rent. L\u2019ensemble forme une promenade marqu\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rentes ambiances\u00a0: une suite de jardins continuellement diversifi\u00e9s o\u00f9 la nature peut \u00eatre investie de fa\u00e7on vari\u00e9e. Les \u00e9difices entretiennent tous un rapport diff\u00e9rent \u00e0 l\u2019axe en fonction de leur usage et respectent une m\u00eame trame de composition. L\u2019harmonie est assur\u00e9e par un travail similaire de mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>

    Le programme Eink\u00fcchengarten a pour ambition d\u2019inscrire le village de Couillet dans le progr\u00e8s du d\u00e9veloppement durable et l\u2019\u00e9cologie par un projet d\u2019agriculture urbaine comprenant un restaurant p\u00e9dagogique, une \u00e9picerie, un local du troisi\u00e8me \u00e2ge ainsi qu\u2019un verger, des potagers et l\u2019ensemble des infrastructures n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production et l\u2019entretien du site. Il s\u2019implante sur une friche naturelle enclav\u00e9e par des voies de chemin de fer s\u2019inscrivant de part et d\u2019autre d\u2019un axe de logement. Le site se caract\u00e9rise par \u00a0la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un patrimoine industriel, les ch\u00e2ssis \u00e0 molette, t\u00e9moignant du prolifique pass\u00e9 industriel de Charleroi.<\/span><\/p>

    Transition(s) est un projet t\u00e9moin qui se d\u00e9roule en 4 phases transposables dans d\u2019autres contextes. Ces derni\u00e8res sont : <\/span><\/p>

    1. Pister\u00a0: arpenter le site, relever ses qualit\u00e9s et faiblesses, trouver des \u00e9l\u00e9ments porteurs de projet.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Tisser\u00a0: conceptualiser le projet puis le coudre sur le site.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Semer\u00a0: nettoyer les sols, s\u00e9lectionner des traitements de sol pour former un tapis v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, planter et cultiver des v\u00e9g\u00e9tations.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Habiter\u00a0: faire vivre le lieu, renforcer de la coh\u00e9sion sociale et cr\u00e9er de l\u2019harmonie.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      \u00c0 terme, nous obtenons une fragmentation du programme en quatre \u00e9difices qui s\u2019implantent le long d\u2019un axe \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 douce perpendiculaire \u00e0 l\u2019axe de logement. Ce dernier, dont la pr\u00e9sence est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un pavage de briques, est marqu\u00e9 par une succession de s\u00e9quences paysag\u00e8res d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sentes sur le site dans lesquelles les b\u00e2timents s\u2019ins\u00e8rent. L\u2019ensemble forme une promenade marqu\u00e9e par diff\u00e9rentes ambiances\u00a0: une suite de jardins continuellement diversifi\u00e9s o\u00f9 la nature peut \u00eatre investie de fa\u00e7on vari\u00e9e. Les \u00e9difices entretiennent tous un rapport diff\u00e9rent \u00e0 l\u2019axe en fonction de leur usage et respectent une m\u00eame trame de composition. L\u2019harmonie est assur\u00e9e par un travail similaire de mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>
