On remarque une zone de parc \u00e9tendue le long de la travers\u00e9e secondaire qui m\u00e8ne vers le canal avec une dilatation int\u00e9ressante au niveau de la travers\u00e9e de la senette. Cependant Les gabarits propos\u00e9s semble trop trop haut par rapport aux gabarits urbains existants, en plan on distingue de beaux d\u00e9gagements mais en coupe on ressent d\u2019avantage la pr\u00e9sence de masses isol\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\\\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\\\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">Cette proposition est une tentative de conciliation entre habitation et production, en divisant l\u2019\u00eelot en deux zones, celle de production en accord avec l\u2019activit\u00e9 du circularium et la zone r\u00e9sidentielle dans laquelle se trouve le parc. Les logements s\u2019organisent autour du parc en trois entit\u00e9s, chacune poss\u00e8de une zone productive c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue et une zone r\u00e9sidentielle au niveau du parc. Pour renforcer ces travers\u00e9es, le parc s\u2019infiltre au sein des entit\u00e9s le long de ces axes principaux, il s\u2019agit d\u2019espaces publiques <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">\u00e9tant les <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">diff\u00e9rents acc\u00e8s aux espaces verts. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e en lien avec la travers\u00e9e on retrouve une s\u00e9rie d\u2019ateliers, on acc\u00e8de donc aux logements par l\u2019entr\u00e9e principale qui d\u00e9sert ensuite une s\u00e9rie de circulations ext\u00e9rieures.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\\\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\\\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">Chaque logement est divis\u00e9 en un espace de jour d\u00e9gag\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la condensation des espaces de nuit. On observe \u00e9galement la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un demi-niveau pour intimiser les espaces de plus en plus priv\u00e9. Les espaces ext\u00e9rieurs ont une place importante dans ce projet, chaque logement \u00e0 acc\u00e8s <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">\u00e0<\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\"> une terrasse commune cot\u00e9 circulation et une terrasse priv\u00e9e <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">\u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9, <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">ce qui permet s\u2019ils le souhaitent d\u2019ouvrir compl\u00e8tement l\u2019espace de jour, des patios sont \u00e9galement accessibles entre chaque logement.<\/span><span parcelle, on ne sent plus de trace de l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique actuelle du circularium. On remarque une zone de parc \u00e9tendue le long de la travers\u00e9e secondaire qui m\u00e8ne vers le canal avec une dilatation int\u00e9ressante au niveau de la travers\u00e9e de la senette. Les logements s\u2019organisent autour du parc en trois entit\u00e9s, chacune poss\u00e8de une zone productive c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue et une zone r\u00e9sidentielle au niveau du parc. Pour renforcer ces travers\u00e9es, le parc s\u2019infiltre au sein des entit\u00e9s le long de ces axes principaux, il s\u2019agit d\u2019espaces publiques <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">\u00e9tant les <\/span><span data-contrast=\\\"auto\\\">diff\u00e9rents acc\u00e8s aux espaces verts.
