Komeet Bier, un club de brasserie \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de Malines, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le Komeet Brug enjambe la Dyle qui se scinde en deux. Deux bras de rivi\u00e8re qui dessinent un paysage de berges, talus et sillons, pour les deux b\u00e2timents de la brasserie, n\u00e9s de la scission d\u2019une typologie hangar sporadiquement locale, et qui s\u2019inscrivent dans ce paysage en s\u2019ancrant aux deux berges du site. Deux b\u00e2timents, pour la production et la d\u00e9gustation, d\u00e9finissent un troisi\u00e8me espace de passage public, pente organique douce qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l\u2019orthogonalit\u00e9 du b\u00e2ti, qui appelle les usagers de passage, et m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un espace non b\u00e2ti o\u00f9 la nature reprend ses droits.<\/p>

Un souci de durabilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9 a guid\u00e9 le choix de spatialit\u00e9s simples mais vari\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une double hauteur au centre et aux trois plateaux en pente, compl\u00e9t\u00e9s de quelques gradins, qui s\u2019inscrivent \u00e0 nouveau dans la logique du paysage talut\u00e9. Un bloc de services au nord sert les espaces d\u2019activit\u00e9s au sud, compl\u00e8tement ouvert vers les bras de la Dyle et vers le passage int\u00e9rieur pour un dialogue entre les usagers de la production et de la d\u00e9gustation. Le R+1 est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au repos m\u00e9rit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e \u00e0 produire et go\u00fbter les recettes de la Komeet Bier\u00a0; les balcons \u00e9tablissent un rapport entre les usagers des deux b\u00e2timents et ceux du passage.<\/p>

En r\u00e9miniscence d\u2019une typologie unifi\u00e9e, une \u00e9paisse enveloppe de pis\u00e9 entoure le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur des deux b\u00e2timents (terre des berges, terre des Komeet Bier, un club de brasserie \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de Malines, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le Komeet Brug enjambe la Dyle qui se scinde en deux. Deux bras de rivi\u00e8re qui dessinent un paysage de berges, talus et sillons, pour les deux b\u00e2timents de la brasserie, n\u00e9s de la scission d\u2019une typologie hangar sporadiquement locale, et qui s\u2019inscrivent dans ce paysage en s\u2019ancrant aux deux berges du site. Deux b\u00e2timents, pour la production et la d\u00e9gustation, d\u00e9finissent un troisi\u00e8me espace de passage public, pente organique douce qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l\u2019orthogonalit\u00e9 du b\u00e2ti, qui appelle les usagers de passage, et m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un espace non b\u00e2ti o\u00f9 la nature reprend ses droits.<\/p>

Un souci de durabilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9 a guid\u00e9 le choix de spatialit\u00e9s simples mais vari\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une double hauteur au centre et aux trois plateaux en pente, compl\u00e9t\u00e9s de quelques gradins, qui s\u2019inscrivent \u00e0 nouveau dans la logique du paysage talut\u00e9. Un bloc de services au nord sert les espaces d\u2019activit\u00e9s au sud, compl\u00e8tement ouvert vers les bras de la Dyle et vers le passage int\u00e9rieur pour un dialogue entre les usagers de la production et de la d\u00e9gustation. Le R+1 est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au repos m\u00e9rit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e \u00e0 produire et go\u00fbter les recettes de la Komeet Bier\u00a0; les balcons \u00e9tablissent un rapport entre les usagers des deux b\u00e2timents et ceux du passage.<\/p>
