Dans le cadre du projet de r\u00e9urbanisation de Charleroi, l\u2019atelier commun\u00b7e s\u2019est attel\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer des projets valorisant la ville comme un espace commun. A la suite d'une analyse d\u2019un morceau de ce territoire \u00e0 Montignies-sur-Sambre, l\u2019atelier a d\u00e9cel\u00e9 plusieurs lieux et programmes qualifi\u00e9s pour leur donner vie. Le r\u00e9seau de transport en commun de Charleroi permet de rallier le centre \u00e0 toutes les communes p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques. Une ligne de m\u00e9tro avait cependant \u00e9t\u00e9 longtemps abandonn\u00e9e mais un plan de relancement de celle-ci qui permettra de rejoindre le nouveau Grand H\u00f4pital de Charleroi a permis de faire \u00e9merger des sites pertinents pour l\u2019implantation d\u2019une nouvelle structure de logement.<\/span><\/p>

Le projet, adjacent \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat de m\u00e9tro, prend place dans le quartier Champeau, \u00e0 la jonction entre les habitations et les entreprises du secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s de Montignies-sur-Sambre. Partis de ce constat, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proposer un centre de r\u00e9insertion socio-professionnel en lien avec le CPAS de Charleroi, et les diff\u00e9rentes entreprises de la zone tout en proposant des logements aux personnes en r\u00e9insertion. <\/span><\/p>

Le b\u00e2timent vient r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un front b\u00e2ti en attente, il reprend les caract\u00e9ristiques du coron, une petite habitation destin\u00e9e aux ouvriers durant la p\u00e9riode industrielle qui cr\u00e9ait ces percements en ruelle dans les grandes rues de Charleroi. <\/span><\/p>

La structure accueillera un restaurant communautaire visant \u00e0 former des personnes au monde de la restauration tandis que l\u2019angle du b\u00e2timent accueillera un atelier de r\u00e9parations permettant lui aussi de former des personnes \u00e0 un nouveau m\u00e9tier, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019int\u00e9grer les habitants et les travailleurs du quartier dans cette id\u00e9ologie de la maintenance en prenant soin des choses. Une place vient se dessiner en suivant l\u2019acc\u00e8s au m\u00e9tro, agissant comme une poche de lenteur \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un quartier ou la circulation est tr\u00e8s dense. Un bureau d\u2019aide juridique et sociale (d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 une antenne du CPAS) vient compl\u00e9ter le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e du b\u00e2timent, et cr\u00e9ant une barri\u00e8re entre l\u2019espace public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la commune (la place) et l\u2019espace public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019\u00e9difice (la cour int\u00e9rieure). <\/span><\/p>

Au premier \u00e9tage, des logements type studio \u00e0 T3 sont desservis le long de deux coursives comprenant des alc\u00f4ves pour les habitants. Une cuisine collective se hisse dans le retournement du b\u00e2timent permettant aux r\u00e9sidents de se retrouver pour partager tout en pouvant profiter d\u2019une terrasse ext\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019abri de la ville. Le b\u00e2timent est rythm\u00e9 par des toitures en SHED r\u00e9pondant aux diff\u00e9rents logements, tout en donnant une certaine nervosit\u00e9 aux fa\u00e7ades.<\/span><\/p>\",\r\n \"align\": Dans le cadre du projet de r\u00e9urbanisation de Charleroi, l\u2019atelier commun\u00b7e s\u2019est attel\u00e9 \u00e0 proposer des projets valorisant la ville comme un espace commun. A la suite d'une analyse d\u2019un morceau de ce territoire \u00e0 Montignies-sur-Sambre, l\u2019atelier a d\u00e9cel\u00e9 plusieurs lieux et programmes qualifi\u00e9s pour leur donner vie. Le r\u00e9seau de transport en commun de Charleroi permet de rallier le centre \u00e0 toutes les communes p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques. Une ligne de m\u00e9tro avait cependant \u00e9t\u00e9 longtemps abandonn\u00e9e mais un plan de relancement de celle-ci qui permettra de rejoindre le nouveau Grand H\u00f4pital de Charleroi a permis de faire \u00e9merger des sites pertinents pour l\u2019implantation d\u2019une nouvelle structure de logement.<\/span><\/p>

Le projet, adjacent \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat de m\u00e9tro, prend place dans le quartier Champeau, \u00e0 la jonction entre les habitations et les entreprises du secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9s de Montignies-sur-Sambre. Partis de ce constat, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de proposer un centre de r\u00e9insertion socio-professionnel en lien avec le CPAS de Charleroi, et les diff\u00e9rentes entreprises de la zone tout en proposant des logements aux personnes en r\u00e9insertion. <\/span><\/p>

Le b\u00e2timent vient r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un front b\u00e2ti en attente, il reprend les caract\u00e9ristiques du coron, une petite habitation destin\u00e9e aux ouvriers durant la p\u00e9riode industrielle qui cr\u00e9ait ces percements en ruelle dans les grandes rues de Charleroi. <\/span><\/p>

La structure accueillera un restaurant communautaire visant \u00e0 former des personnes au monde de la restauration tandis que l\u2019angle du b\u00e2timent accueillera un atelier de r\u00e9parations permettant lui aussi de former des personnes \u00e0 un nouveau m\u00e9tier, mais \u00e9galement d\u2019int\u00e9grer les habitants et les travailleurs du quartier dans cette id\u00e9ologie de la maintenance en prenant soin des choses. Une place vient se dessiner en suivant l\u2019acc\u00e8s au m\u00e9tro, agissant comme une poche de lenteur \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur d\u2019un quartier ou la circulation est tr\u00e8s dense. Un bureau d\u2019aide juridique et sociale (d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 une antenne du CPAS) vient compl\u00e9ter le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e du b\u00e2timent, et cr\u00e9ant une barri\u00e8re entre l\u2019espace public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la commune (la place) et l\u2019espace public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019\u00e9difice (la cour int\u00e9rieure). <\/span><\/p>

Au premier \u00e9tage, des logements type studio \u00e0 T3 sont desservis le long de deux coursives comprenant des alc\u00f4ves pour les habitants. Une cuisine collective se hisse dans le retournement du b\u00e2timent permettant aux r\u00e9sidents de se retrouver pour partager tout en pouvant profiter d\u2019une terrasse ext\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019abri de la ville.
