Par ailleurs, le texte d\u00e9crit comment les projets sur l\u2019existant constituent, pour les architectes, des sites privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s pour prendre position et interpeler par rapport \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie d\u2019habitudes, de normes et d\u2019attentes qui justifient souvent la construction neuve.
