Une premi\u00e8re question centrale colore cet atelier, celle de l\u2019art.<br \/>L\u2019atelier provoque d\u2019embl\u00e9e une \u00e9galit\u00e9 : l\u2019architecture est art.<\/p><p class=\\\"_Default\\\">L\u2019art est une discipline qui se d\u00e9finit par une remise en question permanente de ce qu\u2019il est et cela par sa pratique ou disons ses pratiques individuelles. En l\u2019identifiant \u00e0 l\u2019Architecture comme un seul et m\u00eame domaine, une question vient par cons\u00e9quent \u00e0 l\u2019esprit : mais alors pourquoi deux mots distincts ?<br \/>Les enseignants laissent implicitement cette question ouverte.<br \/>L\u2019architecture est un art qui b\u00e2ti, qui abrite certes\u00a0; c\u2019est un art qui signifie aussi.<br \/>Oui, l\u2019architecture est un art au service d\u2019une utilit\u00e9, un art appliqu\u00e9 qui transcende son application pour devenir objet de pens\u00e9e, de langage, pour poser un acte symbolique : l\u2019architecture est po\u00e9sie.<br \/>Une seconde question centrale donne le ton de cet atelier, celui du politique. Il dessine et partitionne la cit\u00e9 en tant que lieu de police, c\u2019est un art qui organise la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\\\"_Default\\\"><span style=\\\"text-decoration: underline;\\\">Finalit\u00e9s<br \/><\/span>Les finalit\u00e9s de l\u2019atelier consistent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la capacit\u00e9\u00a0des \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 :<\/p><ul><li><p class=\\\"_Default\\\">\u00e9crire en \u00e9quipe un manifeste d\u00e9crivant une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fantasm\u00e9e, r\u00eav\u00e9e, id\u00e9alis\u00e9e ou crainte en choisissant un territoire Bruxellois propice \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0inoculer le virus\u00a0\u00bb du changement vers cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\\\"_Default\\\">assembler trois projets d\u2019architecture politique de la cit\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\\\"_Default\\\">proposer une spatialisation architecturale de sa nouvelle interpr\u00e9tation du programme ancr\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 id\u00e9alis\u00e9e du manifeste. Chaque \u00e9tudiant alimente la proposition collective par un projet architectural explorant une r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation du programme ancr\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 id\u00e9alis\u00e9e du
