nord de Milan, le quartier de Gratosoglio r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une architecture d\u2019apr\u00e8s guerre, form\u00e9 de barres et de tours de logements sociaux. <\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">Le projet s'int\u00e9resse aux questions sociales du quartier moderniste construit par BBPR. <\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">La proposition met en place un nouveau syst\u00e8me \u00e9conomique d'inclusion bas\u00e9 sur l'\u00e9change et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des mat\u00e9riaux, o\u00f9 les habitants sont g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs du syst\u00e8me. <\/span><\/p><p class=\\\"Corps\\\"><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">L'enjeu est donc de permettre aux habitants de se r\u00e9-approprier les lieux en red\u00e9finissant la place de la voiture, r\u00e9investissant les espaces vert, en cr\u00e9ant de nouveaux lieux commun d\u2019\u00e9changes de savoirs et de services, capables d\u2019accueillir les communaut\u00e9s. \u00a0<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">Ces places publiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9es par un travail d'architecture sur les rez-de-chauss\u00e9e des b\u00e2timents et de nouvelles entr\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\\\"FR\\\">Les outils mis en place permettent une
