Ce projet se situe au c\u0153ur du parc urbain de Louvain, un lieu marqu\u00e9 par la richesse de sa v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, la hauteur des cimes des arbres et la pr\u00e9sence de deux plans d'eau \u2013 un \u00e9tang et un tron\u00e7on de rivi\u00e8re. L'id\u00e9e centrale du projet est de souligner ces caract\u00e9ristiques naturelles en offrant une nouvelle perspective sur le parc \u00e0 travers un parcours en hauteur, permettant une promenade parmi les cimes des arbres, \u00e0 4 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du sol. Cette r\u00e9flexion a conduit \u00e0 la conception d'une plateforme suspendue.<\/p>

En analysant les flux de circulation au sein du parc, l'id\u00e9e d'une passerelle s'est impos\u00e9e, visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la mobilit\u00e9 tout en int\u00e9grant parfaitement le b\u00e2timent dans le tissu existant du parc. Deux inspirations architecturales ont nourri ce projet : le House N<\/em> de Sou Fujimoto, qui a influenc\u00e9 la forme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les fa\u00e7ades et l'enveloppe des b\u00e2timents, et la Canop\u00e9e de la Rue des Quatre-Vents<\/em> \u00e0 Molenbeek, qui a inspir\u00e9 la conception du plafond vo\u00fbt\u00e9, maximisant l'apport de lumi\u00e8re naturelle sous la plateforme.<\/p>

Une autre inspiration pour la fa\u00e7ade provient d'un mur existant avec des ouvertures au bord de la rivi\u00e8re, qui trouve son \u00e9cho et son prolongement dans le projet sous la forme d'un mur d\u00e9coratif, mais \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle beaucoup plus grande.<\/p>

Le projet se concr\u00e9tise par la cr\u00e9ation d'un centre artistique compos\u00e9 de deux b\u00e2timents reli\u00e9s par une passerelle pi\u00e9tonne. Le premier b\u00e2timent est un espace public d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux arts, comprenant des salles d'exposition, une galerie, des ateliers, une librairie, un caf\u00e9, une cuisine ouverte, ainsi qu'une terrasse en hauteur, id\u00e9ale pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en plein air durant la saison chaude. Les fen\u00eatres de la fa\u00e7ade sud offrent une vue imprenable sur l'\u00e9tang.<\/p>

Le second b\u00e2timent est un espace priv\u00e9, un logement pour deux personnes, destin\u00e9 aux artistes et au personnel travaillant sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du centre artistique. Pour pr\u00e9server l'intimit\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9sidence, les escaliers d'acc\u00e8s sont plac\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une s\u00e9paration visuelle entre les fen\u00eatres des espaces priv\u00e9s et la passerelle publique.<\/p>

Ce projet se situe au c\u0153ur du parc urbain de Louvain, un lieu marqu\u00e9 par la richesse de sa v\u00e9g\u00e9tation, la hauteur des cimes des arbres et la pr\u00e9sence de deux plans d'eau \u2013 un \u00e9tang et un tron\u00e7on de rivi\u00e8re. L'id\u00e9e centrale du projet est de souligner ces caract\u00e9ristiques naturelles en offrant une nouvelle perspective sur le parc \u00e0 travers un parcours en hauteur, permettant une promenade parmi les cimes des arbres, \u00e0 4 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du sol. Cette r\u00e9flexion a conduit \u00e0 la conception d'une plateforme suspendue.<\/p>

En analysant les flux de circulation au sein du parc, l'id\u00e9e d'une passerelle s'est impos\u00e9e, visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la mobilit\u00e9 tout en int\u00e9grant parfaitement le b\u00e2timent dans le tissu existant du parc. Deux inspirations architecturales ont nourri ce projet : le House N<\/em> de Sou Fujimoto, qui a influenc\u00e9 la forme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les fa\u00e7ades et l'enveloppe des b\u00e2timents, et la Canop\u00e9e de la Rue des Quatre-Vents<\/em> \u00e0 Molenbeek, qui a inspir\u00e9 la conception du plafond vo\u00fbt\u00e9, maximisant l'apport de lumi\u00e8re naturelle sous la plateforme.<\/p>

Une autre inspiration pour la fa\u00e7ade provient d'un mur existant avec des ouvertures au bord de la rivi\u00e8re, qui trouve son \u00e9cho et son prolongement dans le projet sous la forme d'un mur d\u00e9coratif, mais \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle beaucoup plus grande.<\/p>

Le projet se concr\u00e9tise par la cr\u00e9ation d'un centre artistique compos\u00e9 de deux b\u00e2timents reli\u00e9s par une passerelle pi\u00e9tonne. Le premier b\u00e2timent est un espace public d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux arts, comprenant des salles d'exposition, une galerie, des ateliers, une librairie, un caf\u00e9, une cuisine ouverte, ainsi qu'une terrasse en hauteur, id\u00e9ale pour des \u00e9v\u00e9nements en plein air durant la saison chaude. Les fen\u00eatres de la fa\u00e7ade sud offrent une vue imprenable sur l'\u00e9tang.<\/p>

Le second b\u00e2timent est un espace priv\u00e9, un logement pour deux personnes, destin\u00e9 aux artistes et au personnel travaillant sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du centre artistique. Pour pr\u00e9server l'intimit\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9sidence, les escaliers d'acc\u00e8s sont plac\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une s\u00e9paration visuelle entre les fen\u00eatres des espaces priv\u00e9s et la passerelle publique.<\/p>
