Le delta de l\u2019Aa, la zone situ\u00e9e entre la fronti\u00e8re belge, Saint-Omer, Calais et Dunkerque est situ\u00e9e sous le niveau de la mer \u00e0 mar\u00e9e haute, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des dunes et de quelques collines. Ce territoire tr\u00e8s plat a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement conquis sur la mer par un r\u00e9seau tr\u00e8s dense de canaux et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me d\u2019endiguement. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un \u00ab polder \u00bb. (source : Delta de l\u2019Aa 2050)<\/span>
Au fil du temps, l\u2019agriculture a modifi\u00e9 le paysage et a uniformis\u00e9 les contrastes existants dans le territoire. Les tourbi\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 drain\u00e9es et les marais ass\u00e9ch\u00e9s. A l\u2019aube du 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, outre le d\u00e9fi de la production agricole, d\u2019autres enjeux deviennent prioritaires: les enjeux climatiques, la biodiversit\u00e9, le risque accru d\u2019inondation...<\/span>
Les Mo\u00ebres, ancienne zone mar\u00e9cageuse du Delta de l\u2019Aa, sont la derni\u00e8re redoute conquise par l'agriculture intensive, un territoire agricole qui illustre la transformation radicale des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes naturels au d\u00e9triment de la biodiversit\u00e9 et surtout de la d\u00e9carbonation.<\/span>
Le projet vise \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019identit\u00e9 de Mo\u00ebres par la reconfiguration des zones agricoles probl\u00e9matiques. Les parcelles agricoles \u00e0 haut risque d\u2019inondation en bordure des Mo\u00ebres seront r\u00e9investies par la paludiculture. Il ne s\u2019agira plus d\u2019\u00e9vacuer l\u2019eau comme dans le cas des cultures conventionnelles, mais de l\u2019emp\u00eacher de sortir du site. Ces parcelles au substrat tourbeux seront r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es et renatur\u00e9es par l\u2019inondation et la plantation des cultures et plant es sp\u00e9cifiques aux tourbi\u00e8res et marais inond\u00e9s. Les \u00e9missions de CO\u00b2 caus\u00e9es par l\u2019ass\u00e8chement des zones tourbeuses diminueront ainsi consid\u00e9rablement. Des nouveaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes se d\u00e9velopperont dans un cadre o\u00f9 la nature est encourag\u00e9e \u00e0 suivre son cours. La nouvelle fronti\u00e8re bleu-verte marquera la limite entre le paysage ouvert de Mo\u00ebres et les Wateringues. Une v\u00e9ritable couronne \u00e9cologique renforcera l\u2019identit\u00e9 des Mo\u00ebres.<\/span>
A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des Mo\u00ebres, les interventions se concentreront sur la restauration des alignements d\u2019arbres qui ponctuent les principales voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Les principaux points d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux Mo\u00ebres seront \u00e9galement individualis\u00e9s du reste du paysage par de petites masses bois\u00e9es. Une trame verte d\u2019alignements d\u2019arbres reliera les principaux points d\u2019acc\u00e8s au village des Mo\u00ebres dans un syst\u00e8me spatial coh\u00e9rent.<\/span><\/p>\",\r\n \"align\": Le delta de l\u2019Aa, la zone situ\u00e9e entre la fronti\u00e8re belge, Saint-Omer, Calais et Dunkerque est situ\u00e9e sous le niveau de la mer \u00e0 mar\u00e9e haute, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des dunes et de quelques collines. Ce territoire tr\u00e8s plat a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement conquis sur la mer par un r\u00e9seau tr\u00e8s dense de canaux et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par un syst\u00e8me d\u2019endiguement. Au fil du temps, l\u2019agriculture a modifi\u00e9 le paysage et a uniformis\u00e9 les contrastes existants dans le territoire. Les tourbi\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 drain\u00e9es et les marais ass\u00e9ch\u00e9s. A l\u2019aube du 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, outre le d\u00e9fi de la production agricole, d\u2019autres enjeux deviennent prioritaires: les enjeux climatiques, la biodiversit\u00e9, le risque accru d\u2019inondation...<\/span>
Les Mo\u00ebres, ancienne zone mar\u00e9cageuse du Delta de l\u2019Aa, sont la derni\u00e8re redoute conquise par l'agriculture intensive, un territoire agricole qui illustre la transformation radicale des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes naturels au d\u00e9triment de la biodiversit\u00e9 et surtout de la d\u00e9carbonation.<\/span>
Le projet vise \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019identit\u00e9 de Mo\u00ebres par la reconfiguration des zones agricoles probl\u00e9matiques. Les parcelles agricoles \u00e0 haut risque d\u2019inondation en bordure des Mo\u00ebres seront r\u00e9investies par la paludiculture. Il ne s\u2019agira plus d\u2019\u00e9vacuer l\u2019eau comme dans le cas des cultures conventionnelles, mais de l\u2019emp\u00eacher de sortir du site. Ces parcelles au substrat tourbeux seront r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es et renatur\u00e9es par l\u2019inondation et la plantation des cultures et plant es sp\u00e9cifiques aux tourbi\u00e8res et marais inond\u00e9s. Les \u00e9missions de CO\u00b2 caus\u00e9es par l\u2019ass\u00e8chement des zones tourbeuses diminueront ainsi consid\u00e9rablement. Des nouveaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes se d\u00e9velopperont dans un cadre o\u00f9 la nature est encourag\u00e9e \u00e0 suivre son cours. La nouvelle fronti\u00e8re bleu-verte marquera la limite entre le paysage ouvert de Mo\u00ebres et les Wateringues. Une v\u00e9ritable couronne \u00e9cologique renforcera l\u2019identit\u00e9 des Mo\u00ebres.<\/span>
A l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des Mo\u00ebres, les interventions se concentreront sur la restauration des alignements d\u2019arbres qui ponctuent les principales voies d\u2019acc\u00e8s. Les principaux points d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux Mo\u00ebres seront \u00e9galement individualis\u00e9s du reste du paysage par de petites masses bois\u00e9es.
