Cet article interroge tout d\u2019abord les raisons de leur succ\u00e8s. S\u2019appuyant ensuite sur une enqu\u00eate de terrain de deux ans aupr\u00e8s de 9 projets de co-habitat, il analyse \u00e9galement d\u2019une part, les typologies architecturales qui leur sont attach\u00e9es et les principes id\u00e9ologiques qui les sous-tendent, et d\u2019autre part, les usages qui en sont faits par les habitants.
