Notre Facult\u00e9 d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>Architecture <\/span>La Cambre Horta organise le Jury universitaire depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, convaincue de son utilit\u00e9 et de son fondement soci\u00e9<\/span>tal.\u00a0<\/span>Le jury universitaire est l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>appellation actuelle du jury de la Communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise ou, plus loin encore, du Jury d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>Etat. Ce jury s<\/span>\u2019<\/span>adresse \u00e0 des personnes qui, pour des raisons diverses et le plus souvent professionnelles, ne peuvent pas suivre un cursus normal.\u00a0<\/span>L\u2019\u00e9preuve d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>architecture par le projet est organis\u00e9e sur une dur\u00e9e de trois semaines sur base d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>un travail en totale autonomie des \u00e9<\/span>tudiant.e.s.\u00a0<\/span>Le th<\/span>\u00e8<\/span>me et la difficult\u00e9 de l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>exercice doivent correspondre aux programmes des ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9tudes correspondantes \u00e0 l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>inscription.<\/span><\/p>

Le contexte du travail de cette ann\u00e9e est le \u00ab\u00a0district universitaire\u00a0<\/span>\u00bb<\/span>, concept sur lequel la Commune d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>Ixelles et les universit\u00e9s ULB et VUB travaillent depuis quelques temps.\u00a0<\/span>Le District universitaire est le territoire compris entres les campus du Solbosch et de la Plaine, Usquare centre inter-universitaire et international install\u00e9 dans l\u2019ancienne Caserne d\u2019Ixelles et la Facult\u00e9 d\u2019Architecture sur son site Flagey.\u00a0<\/span>A ce contexte, celui de la crise sanitaire vient se joindre en invitant les \u00e9<\/span>tudant.e.s <\/span>\u00e0 penser les implantations et la fabrication des lieux dans un principe de d\u00e9-pression, de d\u00e9-saturation des espaces priv\u00e9s et collectifs.<\/span><\/p>

L\u2019objectif p\u00e9dagogique de cet exercice comprend une immersion dans une situation relativement complexe, une attitude \u00ab\u00a0cr\u00e9atrice\u00a0\u202f\u202f\u00bb <\/span>intuitive mais argument<\/span>\u00e9e, l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>identification des pistes de projet et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser le caract<\/span>\u00e8<\/span>re architectural de lieux pr\u00e9cis ou de parties du projet d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>ensemble.\u00a0<\/span>En particulier, dans les exercices inscrits dans le programme de cette ann\u00e9e sont attendus les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :
<\/span>\u2022 Une d\u00e9finition pr\u00e9cise et compl<\/span>\u00e8<\/span>te des usages des espaces ouverts, espaces interstitiels comme espaces majeurs, doit \u00eatre op\u00e9r\u00e9e. Cette d\u00e9finition devrait \u00e9galement pouvoir s<\/span>\u2019<\/span>articuler aux fondements du projet comme la d\u00e9-saturation des espaces, la relation entre espaces ext\u00e9rieurs et vie quotidienne comprise comme activit\u00e9s et besoins.
<\/span>\u2022 La capacit<\/span>\u00e9, a partir de cette d\u00e9finition, de nommer les relations entre composants de l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>espace public ou semi-public (rue, ruelle, place, placette, passage, porche, terrasse, etc) et de leur donner une consistance physique, passant par l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>architecture, notamment par l<\/span>\u2019<\/span>architecture des circulations.
<\/span>\u2022 L<\/span>\u2019<\/span>identification, en fonction de ce travail, des parties du projet dont le caract<\/span>\u00e8<\/span>re architectural pourra et devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>Cette ann\u00e9e, deux \u00e9tudiantes, en situation d<\/span>\u2019<\/span>arr\u00eat de leur programme Erasmus + \u00e0 cause de la crise sanitaire, ont rejoint le groupe des quatre inscrit.e.s du Jury.\u00a0<\/span>Le projet pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ici est celui d\u2019une de ces deux \u00e9tudiantes.<\/span><\/p>

Le programme comprend, sur le site du supermarch\u00e9 Carrefour situ\u00e9 entre la Chauss\u00e9e de Boondael et la rue de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, un centre culturel, un march\u00e9
